【摘要】：“十二五”(2011—2015年)的五年,日照港調(diào)整結(jié)構(gòu)、創(chuàng)新管理、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)增強(qiáng),積極響應(yīng)實(shí)施國(guó)家的發(fā)展政策,生產(chǎn)力明顯提高,且在國(guó)家綜合港口格局中的地位不斷增強(qiáng),提前一年基本實(shí)現(xiàn)了“十二五”規(guī)劃的主要目標(biāo)。2016年3月,國(guó)家出臺(tái)了“十三五”規(guī)劃,對(duì)日照港的發(fā)展提出新的發(fā)展方向和目標(biāo)。在此背景下,本文運(yùn)用日照港的發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)數(shù)據(jù),通過定性分析與定量分析、SWOT分析、規(guī)范分析和實(shí)證分析等方法,對(duì)日照港的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行研究,研究提出日照港發(fā)展的可行性路徑并提出發(fā)展政策與對(duì)策建議。論文分為六方面的內(nèi)容:第一部分為引言部分,論述了論文的選題背景和意義,和國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)港口發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的研究現(xiàn)狀,最后介紹論文的研究方法、研究步驟;第二部分為港口發(fā)展研究的理論基礎(chǔ),由于港口戰(zhàn)略研究涉及的理論較多,有必要對(duì)論文用到的相關(guān)理論做簡(jiǎn)要的介紹,有利于研究的成功開展;第三部分運(yùn)用SWOT分析法,對(duì)日照港的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì)、發(fā)展機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行分析,并以此為基礎(chǔ)提出具體的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略方向;第四部分探討港口發(fā)展的驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)制,并與日照港的發(fā)展實(shí)際相結(jié)合,提出可行性路徑;第五部分結(jié)合前兩部分的內(nèi)容,總結(jié)日照港的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的下一步發(fā)展方向與發(fā)展方式,為實(shí)現(xiàn)“十三五”規(guī)劃目標(biāo)提出政策建議與對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:In the five years of the 12th Five-Year Plan (2011-2015), Rizhao Port adjusted its structure, innovated its management, enhanced its competitive advantage, responded positively to the implementation of the country's development policy, and significantly increased its productivity. And the status in the national comprehensive port pattern has been strengthened, the basic realization of the "12th Five-Year Plan" in advance of the main objectives. March 2016, the country issued the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan". Under this background, this paper uses the development economic data of Rizhao Port, through qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, SWOT analysis. Normative analysis and empirical analysis, the development strategy of Rizhao Port is studied. The paper is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction part, which discusses the background and significance of the topic. And domestic and foreign scholars on the port development strategy of the status quo, and finally introduced the research method of the paper, research steps; The second part is the theoretical basis of the port development research, because the port strategy research involves a lot of theories, it is necessary to make a brief introduction to the relevant theories used in the paper, which is conducive to the successful development of the research; The third part analyzes the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the internal and external environment of Rizhao Port by using the SWOT analysis method, and puts forward the specific development strategy direction based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of Rizhao Port. Part 4th discusses the driving mechanism of port development, and combines with the actual development of Rizhao Port, puts forward the feasible path; Combined with the contents of the first two parts, the 5th part summarizes the next development direction and development mode of Rizhao Port's development strategy, and puts forward policy suggestions and countermeasures for realizing the 13th Five-Year Plan goal.
