【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟全球化的進程中,港口作為全球物流鏈的重要節(jié)點,具有重要的地位并發(fā)揮著日益重要的作用。現(xiàn)代港口作為生產(chǎn)要素的最佳聚合點,有利于吸引產(chǎn)業(yè)在港區(qū)周邊布局,有利于推動區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,匯集人流、物流和信息流,成為區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)、商務中心及信息中心。信息是現(xiàn)代港口業(yè)務的核心組成部分,物流總伴隨著信息流。信息技術(shù)的運用使相關(guān)業(yè)務實現(xiàn)了流程和操作的標準化,各業(yè)務環(huán)節(jié)數(shù)據(jù)共享和數(shù)據(jù)交換,提高了港口的運作效率和綜合管理能力。如何利用信息化建設提升港口的信息化水平,是提高港口生產(chǎn)運輸水平的關(guān)鍵所在。信息化作為現(xiàn)代港口的核心競爭力之一,應該得到大力的發(fā)展與建設。當前信息化技術(shù)已經(jīng)進入到港口經(jīng)營建設的方方面面,為港口提高效率、降低成本、創(chuàng)造效益、增強競爭力提供堅實的技術(shù)保障。 本文以一個國有集裝箱碼頭(蛇口港集裝箱碼頭)為案例背景,介紹了蛇口港集裝箱碼頭信息化的現(xiàn)狀,針對蛇口港集裝箱碼頭在面對集裝箱業(yè)務快速發(fā)展,市場競爭日趨激烈的情況下所出現(xiàn)的信息化建設缺乏統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃、信息系統(tǒng)功能相對單一、信息不暢、信息資源未得到充分利用等現(xiàn)實問題,運用企業(yè)信息化理論和業(yè)務流程再造理論較為細致深入地分析了蛇口港集裝箱碼頭信息化建設中所存在的突出問題,提出了蛇口港集裝箱碼頭實行以集裝箱碼頭操作系統(tǒng)為核心的整體信息化建設解決方案,并較為詳細的描述了這一解決方案的實施措施,以達到提升蛇口港集裝箱碼頭信息化管理水平的目的,提高全碼頭的管理水平和服務質(zhì)量,進而創(chuàng)造出更好的經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益,使蛇口港集裝箱碼頭早日步入國內(nèi)領先的碼頭運營商的行列。
[Abstract]:In the process of economic globalization, as an important node of global logistics chain, port plays an increasingly important role. It is beneficial to attract industries in the peripheral layout of Hong Kong area, to promote regional economic development, to pool people, logistics and information flow, and become a regional industry. Business center and information center. Information is the core part of modern port business. Logistics is always accompanied by information flow. The application of information technology makes the related business realize the standardization of flow and operation. Data sharing and data exchange in various business links improve the operational efficiency and comprehensive management capability of the port. How to use the information construction to enhance the level of information of the port. It is the key to improve the level of port production and transportation. Information technology is one of the core competitiveness of modern port. The current information technology has entered into all aspects of port management and construction, for the port to improve efficiency, reduce costs, create benefits. Enhance competitiveness to provide solid technical support. Taking a state-owned container terminal (Shekou port container terminal) as a case background, this paper introduces the status quo of information technology in Shekou port container terminal, aiming at the rapid development of container business in Shekou port container terminal. Under the situation that the market competition is becoming more and more intense, the information construction is lack of unified planning, the function of information system is relatively single, the information is not smooth, and the information resources are not fully utilized and so on. Using enterprise information theory and business process reengineering theory, the paper analyzes the outstanding problems in the informatization construction of Shekou port container terminal. This paper puts forward the solution of the whole information construction based on the container terminal operating system in Shekou port container terminal, and describes the implementation measures of this solution in detail. In order to improve the level of information management of Shekou port container terminal, improve the management level and service quality of the whole terminal, and then create better economic and social benefits. Shekou port container terminal into the country's leading terminal operators at an early date.
