【摘要】:伴隨著科技突飛猛進(jìn),當(dāng)今社會(huì)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化趨勢(shì)不斷加強(qiáng),國(guó)際市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)愈加激烈,在企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略中,知識(shí)管理戰(zhàn)略起到越來越重要的作用,也是企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的根本來源。我們看到,知識(shí)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的焦點(diǎn)。過去,企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理過程中往往忽視知識(shí)管理,在當(dāng)前復(fù)雜多變的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境中,企業(yè)想要把握競(jìng)爭(zhēng)主動(dòng)權(quán),就必須改革傳統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)略管理體制,提高戰(zhàn)略管理靈活性,增強(qiáng)應(yīng)對(duì)能力,充分重視知識(shí)管理,并將其納入企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略體系,建立有關(guān)長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制,合理開發(fā)利用知識(shí)資源。 QS分公司屬于國(guó)有大中型企業(yè)下設(shè)的橋隧建筑公司,近些年來,QS分公司始終堅(jiān)持充分利用知識(shí)資源打造競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),而隨著行業(yè)整體知識(shí)水平不斷提高,QS分公司知識(shí)管理問題日益暴露,市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)逐漸削弱。所以,QS分公司必須把知識(shí)管理納入到戰(zhàn)略體系中,對(duì)知識(shí)資源進(jìn)行科學(xué)有效管理,這樣才能在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中占據(jù)主動(dòng)地位。 本文基于前人理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,采用理論結(jié)合實(shí)際的分析方法,從行業(yè)宏觀分析的視覺,對(duì)中鐵六局集團(tuán)有限公司QS分公司知識(shí)管理戰(zhàn)略問題進(jìn)行探討。全文共分為五個(gè)部分:第一章,對(duì)本選題的研究背景、研究意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究等進(jìn)行概述;第二章,對(duì)企業(yè)知識(shí)管理戰(zhàn)略相關(guān)概念、理論依據(jù)等進(jìn)行闡述,為全文做好理論基礎(chǔ);第三章,從內(nèi)外部?jī)蓚(gè)角度,對(duì)中鐵六局集團(tuán)有限公司Qs分公司知識(shí)管理戰(zhàn)略的現(xiàn)狀基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了分析,并指出了該公司知識(shí)管理戰(zhàn)略的構(gòu)建原則、戰(zhàn)略選擇、戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)和戰(zhàn)略職能;第四章,針對(duì)QS分公司知識(shí)管理戰(zhàn)略,提出綜合解決方案及方法運(yùn)用;最后,在全面分析論述的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)全文作了總結(jié)和展望。旨在本文研究能為QS分公司或者其他建筑企業(yè)知識(shí)管理工作有所啟示和幫助作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, the society has entered the era of knowledge economy, the trend of economic globalization has been strengthened, the international market competition is becoming more and more fierce, in the enterprise development strategy. Knowledge management strategy plays a more and more important role, and it is also the fundamental source of competitive advantage. We can see that knowledge competition has become the focus of modern enterprise competition. Knowledge management is often ignored in the process of strategic management. In the current complex and changeable market environment, enterprises must reform the traditional strategic management system and improve the flexibility of strategic management if they want to grasp the initiative of competition. Strengthen the ability to deal with, attach importance to knowledge management, put it into the enterprise strategic system, establish the mechanism of long-term effect, develop and utilize the knowledge resources reasonably. QS branch belongs to the bridge-tunnel construction company under the state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises. In recent years, QS branch always insists on making full use of knowledge resources to create competitive advantage, and with the improvement of the overall knowledge level of the industry. QS branch company's knowledge management problem is exposed day by day, the market competition advantage is weakened gradually, so QS branch company must bring the knowledge management into the strategic system, carry on the scientific and effective management to the knowledge resources. Only in this way can the market competition occupy an active position. Based on the previous theoretical research, this paper uses the theory combined with the actual analysis method, from the industry macro analysis vision. This paper discusses the knowledge management strategy of QS branch of China Railway six Bureau Group Co., Ltd. The full text is divided into five parts: chapter one, the research background of this topic, research significance. The domestic and foreign related research and so on carries on the summary; The second chapter, the enterprise knowledge management strategy related concept, the theory basis and so on carries on the elaboration, provides the theory foundation for the full text; The third chapter, from the internal and external angles, analyzes the current situation of QS branch knowledge management strategy of China Railway six Bureau Group Co., Ltd., and points out the construction principles and strategic choice of the knowledge management strategy of the company. Strategic objectives and strategic functions; Chapter 4th, for QS branch knowledge management strategy, proposed a comprehensive solution and the use of methods; Finally, on the basis of comprehensive analysis and discussion, the paper makes a summary and prospect of the full text. The purpose of this study is to provide enlightenment and help for the knowledge management work of QS branch or other construction enterprises.
