【摘要】:五型企業(yè)的建設(shè)是神華集團(tuán)公司落實(shí)黨的十六屆五中全會(huì)精神,創(chuàng)新發(fā)展模式、提高發(fā)展質(zhì)量的一個(gè)重大舉措;是神華集團(tuán)公司深入落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀,堅(jiān)定走新型工業(yè)化道路的重要實(shí)踐;是全面提升神華集團(tuán)核心競爭力,建成具有國際競爭力的特大型能源企業(yè)的基本途徑;是神華集團(tuán)實(shí)現(xiàn)持續(xù)、協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,增強(qiáng)中央企業(yè)的控制力、影響力和帶動(dòng)力的具體要求。中國神華鐵路貨車運(yùn)輸分公司根據(jù)神華集團(tuán)公司關(guān)于“五型企業(yè)”建設(shè)的總體工作部署,結(jié)合公司的實(shí)際,按照“一年起步、兩年成型”的總體工作思路,確定“五型企業(yè)”創(chuàng)建標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和考核評價(jià)體系,堅(jiān)持公司及所屬各單位同步推進(jìn),考核評價(jià)與掛鉤兌現(xiàn)同步進(jìn)行,切實(shí)將“五型企業(yè)”建設(shè)作為企業(yè)管理基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)的主線條,經(jīng)過兩年的實(shí)踐,使公司全面步入“五型企業(yè)”發(fā)展軌道,逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)建成“五型企業(yè)”的基本目標(biāo)。為進(jìn)一步夯實(shí)公司基礎(chǔ)管理工作,完善和優(yōu)化管理、考核機(jī)制,全面提升企業(yè)的整體素質(zhì)和管理水平,確保公司各項(xiàng)經(jīng)營指標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The construction of five-type enterprises is an important measure for Shenhua Group to implement the spirit of the Fifth Plenary session of the 16 CPC Central Committee, to innovate the development model and to improve the quality of development. It is an important practice for Shenhua Group Company to carry out the scientific development concept and firmly follow the road of new industrialization. It is the basic way to improve the core competence of Shenhua Group and build a super large energy enterprise with international competitiveness. It is Shenhua Group to achieve sustainable, coordinated development and enhance the control of central enterprises. China Shenhua Railway Freight Transport Branch according to the overall work plan of "five type enterprise" construction of Shenhua Group Company, according to the actual situation of the company, according to "one year start."
