基于DEA-BCC模型的南通公交系統(tǒng)績效評估

【摘要】:公交線路的量化績效評估對提高公交運營效率、改善運營服務(wù)水平具有重要意義.以南通45條常規(guī)運營線路作為各決策單元,采用因子分析和主成分分析法,消除投入產(chǎn)出指標中的信息重疊因素后,應(yīng)用DEA方法建立面向產(chǎn)出(BCC)的數(shù)學(xué)規(guī)劃模型,計算比較決策單元之間的相對效率,對南通市公交系統(tǒng)作出客觀績效評價.
[Abstract]:The quantitative performance evaluation of public transport lines is of great significance to improve the efficiency of public transport operation and improve the level of operation and service. Taking 45 conventional operational lines of Nantong as decision-making units factor analysis and principal component analysis are used. After eliminating the information overlap factor in the input-output index, the DEA method is used to establish the mathematical programming model for the output BCC-oriented, and the relative efficiency between the decision-making units is calculated and compared. The objective performance evaluation of Nantong public transportation system is made.
