【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化快速發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)正在持續(xù)地變成一般性要求。在一個(gè)特別優(yōu)勢(shì)正普遍地轉(zhuǎn)化為一般優(yōu)勢(shì)、一個(gè)由標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化統(tǒng)治全球化的時(shí)代,要超越一般優(yōu)勢(shì)和普遍執(zhí)行的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),尋求和培植企業(yè)獨(dú)特的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)資源,這只能是企業(yè)文化。只有當(dāng)企業(yè)擁有優(yōu)秀而強(qiáng)大的企業(yè)文化,它才會(huì)擺脫動(dòng)蕩不定的成長(zhǎng)階段。 在近一個(gè)世紀(jì)的發(fā)展歷程中,龍口港積淀了深厚的企業(yè)文化底蘊(yùn),激勵(lì)了一代又一代龍口港人為振興港口奮勇拼搏,無私奉獻(xiàn)。如果說企業(yè)早期創(chuàng)業(yè)靠的是勤勞、勇氣和機(jī)遇,那么后期的發(fā)展壯大則必須依靠企業(yè)的群體斗志和凝聚力,也就得依靠企業(yè)文化的建設(shè)。目前,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球一體化的發(fā)展,港口同質(zhì)化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)更加激烈,為此,如何提高企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力就成了擺在所有港口企業(yè)面前的首要課題。而企業(yè)文化是最能直接反映企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的因素,因此企業(yè)文化的建設(shè)是所有港口企業(yè)的首要任務(wù)。企業(yè)文化內(nèi)聚人心、外樹形象,是企業(yè)的靈魂和經(jīng)營(yíng)法寶。 基于此本文就企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展難題提出了企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的重要性,同時(shí)文章深入分析了企業(yè)文化建設(shè)中存在的問題,提出了企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的需求及發(fā)展思路。本文首先介紹了企業(yè)文化的相關(guān)理論,分析了龍口港企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的主要背景；其次,通過對(duì)龍口港企業(yè)文化的歷史和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、企業(yè)文化實(shí)施動(dòng)因、企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的主要做法及成效等方面的基本分析,對(duì)其存在的問題進(jìn)行了分析。通過系統(tǒng)的研究國(guó)內(nèi)外企業(yè)文化建設(shè)理論,結(jié)合本人在龍口港的實(shí)際工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),建立龍口港企業(yè)文化綜合評(píng)價(jià)體系。最后,就企業(yè)文化建設(shè),提出對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization, traditional competitive advantage is continuously becoming a general requirement. To surmount the general advantages and the standards of universal implementation, seek and cultivate the unique competitive advantage resources, this can only be the corporate culture, only if the enterprise has excellent and strong corporate culture. It will get rid of the volatile stage of growth. In the course of nearly a century's development, Longkou Port has accumulated profound corporate culture, and inspired generations of Longkou Hong Kong people to fight hard for the revitalization of the port. Selfless dedication. If the early entrepreneurial enterprises rely on industry, courage and opportunities, then the later development and growth must rely on the corporate spirit and cohesion, but also rely on the construction of corporate culture. At present. With the development of global economic integration, the competition of port homogenization becomes more fierce. How to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises has become the first issue in front of all port enterprises, and corporate culture is the most direct reflection of the core competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, the construction of enterprise culture is the primary task of all port enterprises. Based on this, this paper puts forward the importance of the enterprise culture construction on the enterprise sustainable development difficult problem, at the same time, the article deeply analyzes the problems existing in the enterprise culture construction. First, this paper introduces the related theories of corporate culture, and analyzes the main background of enterprise culture construction in Longkou Port. Secondly, through the Longkou port enterprise culture history and the development present situation, the enterprise culture implementation reason, the enterprise culture construction main method and the effect and so on aspect basic analysis. Through a systematic study of the theory of enterprise culture construction at home and abroad, combined with my actual work experience in Longkou Port, the comprehensive evaluation system of enterprise culture in Longkou Port is established. On the enterprise culture construction, put forward the countermeasure.
