【摘要】：鐵路建筑施工企業(yè)是我國國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中的重要支柱之一。隨著我國經(jīng)濟和社會建設(shè)的不斷深入,鐵路建筑施工企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略尤為重要。當(dāng)前,我國鐵路建設(shè)進入全新的發(fā)展階段。面對復(fù)雜多變的發(fā)展形勢,鐵路施工企業(yè)怎樣才能適應(yīng)形勢需要,怎樣才能抓住機遇、乘勢發(fā)展,怎樣才能不斷提高企業(yè)競爭力,怎樣才能確保企業(yè)持續(xù)、健康地發(fā)展,是鐵路施工企業(yè)必須思考和面對的問題。 本文以鐵路施工企業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展趨勢為背景,通過全面分析鐵路施工企業(yè)共性特點、外部環(huán)境、內(nèi)部條件,闡述其研究和制定發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的重要性,提出制定鐵路施工企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的思路。
[Abstract]:Railway construction enterprises are one of the important pillars in the development of our national economy. With the deepening of economic and social construction, the development strategy of railway construction enterprises is particularly important. China's railway construction has entered a new stage of development. Facing the complex and changeable development situation, how can railway construction enterprises adapt to the needs of the situation, how to seize the opportunity to take advantage of the development. How to continuously improve the competitiveness of enterprises and how to ensure the sustained and healthy development of enterprises is a problem that railway construction enterprises must consider and face. Based on the present situation and development trend of railway construction enterprises, this paper expounds the importance of its research and development strategy by analyzing the common characteristics, external environment and internal conditions of railway construction enterprises. The development strategy of railway construction enterprises is put forward.
