【摘要】：當(dāng)今,在我國尚屬“朝陽產(chǎn)業(yè)”的汽車租賃產(chǎn)業(yè),正處在信息化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化以及規(guī)模化的重要轉(zhuǎn)型期。特別是加入WTO后,汽車租賃業(yè)面臨了全新的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。運(yùn)用企業(yè)競爭力相關(guān)理論,對926汽車租賃公司競爭力作以評價和因素分析,制定相應(yīng)的針對性策略,以進(jìn)一步提升其競爭力,對926汽車租賃公司經(jīng)營發(fā)展具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文首先對926汽車租賃公司外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部條件進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析,運(yùn)用EFE外部因素評價矩陣和IFE內(nèi)部因素評價矩陣分別對926公司競爭力相關(guān)外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部條件因素進(jìn)行簡要評價。其次通過專家咨詢法、個人訪問法、層次分析法(AHP)和模糊綜合評價法構(gòu)建了926汽車租賃公司競爭力評價指標(biāo)體系并進(jìn)行綜合評價,明確了主要影響因素及這些因素方面的優(yōu)勢和劣勢；用ISM分析法對影響926汽車租賃公司競爭力的因素結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行層層分析,由此建立解釋結(jié)構(gòu)模型,找出影響926公司競爭力的直接因素和諸多次級因素對相關(guān)構(gòu)成因素做了簡要分析。最后,就提升926汽車租賃公司競爭力提出對策建議,并提出具體的策略實(shí)施保障措施。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the automobile rental industry, which is still a "sunrise industry" in our country, is in the important transition period of informationization, network and scale, especially after joining WTO. The automobile leasing industry is faced with new opportunities and challenges. Using the theory of enterprise competitiveness, this paper evaluates and analyzes the competitiveness of 926 car rental companies, and formulates corresponding targeted strategies. In order to further improve its competitiveness, 926 car rental company business development has a very important practical significance. Firstly, this paper makes a systematic analysis of the external environment and internal conditions of 926 car rental company. EFE external factor evaluation matrix and IFE internal factor evaluation matrix are used to evaluate 926 company competitiveness related external environment and internal factors respectively. Secondly, the expert consultation method is used. Personal visit method, Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method have constructed 926 automobile rental company competitiveness evaluation index system and comprehensive evaluation. The main influencing factors and the advantages and disadvantages of these factors are defined. The ISM analysis method is used to analyze the factors that affect the competitiveness of 926 car rental company, and an explanatory structure model is established. Find out the direct factors that affect the competitiveness of 926 company and a number of secondary factors to make a brief analysis of the related factors. Finally, to improve the competitiveness of 926 car rental companies put forward countermeasures. And put forward specific strategies to implement safeguard measures.
