集裝箱航運(yùn)企業(yè)船舶融資風(fēng)險評價研究

【摘要】:航運(yùn)業(yè)是一個資本密集型產(chǎn)業(yè),投資額巨大,投資回報期長,回報率不穩(wěn)定,經(jīng)營風(fēng)險較高的行業(yè)。而造買船所面臨的巨額資金需求,則是困擾船東和造船企業(yè)已久的非常棘手的問題之一。因此,能否尋找到最合適的融資渠道、最適合企業(yè)發(fā)展的融資方式,是集裝箱航運(yùn)企業(yè)擴(kuò)充船隊運(yùn)力,增強(qiáng)競爭力所最倍受關(guān)注的問題!奥溆昶匠J,有傘萬事足”——這便是航運(yùn)與融資的關(guān)系。船舶融資活動受到政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、航運(yùn)市場、企業(yè)內(nèi)部條件尤其是金融市場等諸多因素的制約,銀行融資風(fēng)險、貸款擔(dān)保風(fēng)險、船東違約,棄船風(fēng)險、在建船舶抵押風(fēng)險、船廠惡意逃避銀行債務(wù)風(fēng)險諸等情況均有可能發(fā)生。所以有必要及時認(rèn)識集裝箱航運(yùn)企業(yè)在船舶融資過程中的風(fēng)險,做出正確的評估以及采取必要的規(guī)避措施,以提高船舶工業(yè)抵御風(fēng)險的能力。 首先,本文從集裝箱航運(yùn)企業(yè)船舶融資的現(xiàn)狀入手,在論文的前面部分介紹了船舶融資各階段的發(fā)展史,船舶融資的各種方法、特點以及詳細(xì)分析。接著,通過認(rèn)識融資風(fēng)險理論,文章深刻剖析了集裝箱航運(yùn)企業(yè)在船舶融資過程中可能遭遇的各種風(fēng)險,并針對這些風(fēng)險,給出了近年來航運(yùn)業(yè)融資風(fēng)險的一些具體的表現(xiàn)。船舶融資風(fēng)險是不可避免的,但是如果能夠?qū)θ谫Y風(fēng)險進(jìn)行科學(xué)的識別和評價,得到融資風(fēng)險后果發(fā)生的概率、嚴(yán)重程度和大小,那么我們的集裝箱航運(yùn)企業(yè)就能及時在復(fù)雜的融資環(huán)境中選擇合適的船舶融資渠道和方式,以最大程度地規(guī)避船舶融資風(fēng)險。在對影響集裝箱航運(yùn)企業(yè)融資風(fēng)險的因素分析之后,在文章的核心部分,運(yùn)用層次分析法(AHP),對集裝箱航運(yùn)企業(yè)船舶融資風(fēng)險進(jìn)行了評估,得到了風(fēng)險因素的重要度排序,并給出了最優(yōu)的融資方案。文章的最后,針對融資風(fēng)險,提出了集裝箱航運(yùn)企業(yè)融資風(fēng)險防范和規(guī)避的一些措施和建議。
[Abstract]:Shipping industry is a capital-intensive industry with huge investment, long period of return on investment, unstable rate of return and high risk of operation. Therefore, whether to find the most suitable financing channels and the most suitable financing mode for the development of enterprises is the container shipping enterprises to expand fleet capacity. The most important issue to enhance competitiveness. "the rain is normal, the umbrella is everything"-this is the relationship between shipping and financing. Ship financing activities are subject to political, economic, shipping markets. The internal conditions, especially the financial market, are restricted by many factors, such as bank financing risk, loan guarantee risk, shipowner default, abandonment risk and mortgage risk of ships under construction. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the risks of container shipping enterprises in the process of ship financing, to make a correct assessment and to take necessary measures to avoid them. To improve the ship industry's ability to withstand risks. First of all, this paper starts with the status quo of ship financing in container shipping enterprises. In the first part of the paper, it introduces the development history of ship financing, various methods, characteristics and detailed analysis of ship financing. Through the understanding of financing risk theory, the paper deeply analyzes the various risks that container shipping enterprises may encounter in the process of ship financing, and aims at these risks. The paper gives some concrete performance of shipping financing risk in recent years. Ship financing risk is inevitable, but if the financing risk can be scientifically identified and evaluated. If we get the probability, severity and magnitude of the consequences of financing risk, then our container shipping enterprises can choose the appropriate ship financing channels and methods in the complex financing environment in time. In order to avoid ship financing risk to the greatest extent. After analyzing the factors affecting the financing risk of container shipping enterprises, in the core part of the article, the use of Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The ship financing risk of container shipping enterprises is evaluated, the importance of risk factors is ranked, and the optimal financing scheme is given. Finally, aiming at financing risk. This paper puts forward some measures and suggestions to prevent and avoid the financing risks of container shipping enterprises.
