【摘要】：根據(jù)交通部規(guī)定,外貿(mào)船舶在我國港口裝卸計件貨物時,實行帶有強制性的理貨,這就決定了我國理貨業(yè)務多以強制性理貨為主,各口岸理貨業(yè)務由各理貨分公司獨家壟斷。2001年中國加入WTO后,為了理貨行業(yè)未來的發(fā)展,交通部決定改變各口岸外輪理貨公司長期壟斷港口理貨業(yè)務的局面,引入競爭機制,決定成立第二家理貨公司,2003年5月,中聯(lián)理貨公司成立,標志著理貨行業(yè)由長期壟斷經(jīng)營轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閮杉夜竟餐偁幍墓杨^壟斷,宣告了外輪理貨公司壟斷時代的結(jié)束。2014年10月,國家再一次下放了部分審批權(quán),其中外輪理貨行業(yè)的門檻放低,審核權(quán)由國家交通部下放到各省、直轄市口岸管理部門,這一政策的放開標志著非國有資本可以進入理貨市場,未來的理貨行業(yè)將面臨更多公司的競爭。2015年公司將迎來巨大的挑戰(zhàn),如何應對政策的調(diào)整和市場的競爭,是企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略層面研究的關鍵,面對激烈的競爭形勢下,本文運用戰(zhàn)略管理相關知識理論,運用相關分析工具和模型,結(jié)合公司內(nèi)部數(shù)據(jù)和外部資料,對發(fā)展中的內(nèi)、外部環(huán)境進行系統(tǒng)的分析,針對公司現(xiàn)有發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,選擇適合公司發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略類型,提出發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的相關意見,在市場開發(fā)、理貨質(zhì)量、人力資源體系、信息化發(fā)展、企業(yè)文化建設幾個方面,制定出公司下一步發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略目標、實施方法和具體措施。全文以專題研究的形式,通過PEST分析法、波特五力模型、戰(zhàn)略的SWOT分析,提出公司新的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,便于大家提出相關意見,為公司戰(zhàn)略決策提供參考。

The form of research is based on PEST analysis, Potter five force model and SWOT analysis of strategy. It puts forward the new development strategy of the company, which is convenient for you to put forward relevant opinions and provide references for company's strategic decision.
