蘭州市家庭選擇課外輔導(dǎo)的影響因素之質(zhì)性研究

【摘要】: 課外輔導(dǎo)熱潮席卷全球,成為一個(gè)牽動(dòng)千家萬戶的熱門話題;課外輔導(dǎo)研究逐漸興起,但就研究主題和研究方法而言,仍是一個(gè)亟待深入拓展的研究領(lǐng)域;課外輔導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,是“錢景”光明的“朝陽”產(chǎn)業(yè)。本論文以蘭州市為研究區(qū)域,主要采用文獻(xiàn)研究法和質(zhì)的研究方法,對(duì)國內(nèi)外課外輔導(dǎo)研究文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了回顧和梳理,對(duì)8位課外輔導(dǎo)當(dāng)事人進(jìn)行了訪談。本文的研究重點(diǎn)是闡釋課外輔導(dǎo)的內(nèi)涵,厘清其外延,了解家庭或其成員選擇課外輔導(dǎo)的概況,著重探討家庭選擇課外輔導(dǎo)的影響因素,并提出可行的政策建議。 本論文分為四個(gè)部分。 第一部分是引言,包括研究緣起、研究問題、研究區(qū)域、文獻(xiàn)綜述。 第二部分是研究方法和過程,本文的研究方法是質(zhì)的研究方法和文獻(xiàn)研究法;研究過程主要包括研究對(duì)象的抽樣、進(jìn)入研究現(xiàn)場、收集資料、整理分析資料和研究結(jié)果的成文。 第三部分是研究結(jié)果,介紹了研究對(duì)象選擇或從事課外輔導(dǎo)的概況。從當(dāng)事人、重要他人、教育體制等方面對(duì)影響因素分類加以論述,其中與課外輔導(dǎo)當(dāng)事人相關(guān)的因素,包括孩子的成績和能力;家長的教育經(jīng)歷和體驗(yàn);輔導(dǎo)老師及其代表的課外輔導(dǎo)服務(wù)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)或特性。與重要他人相關(guān)的因素,包括孩子同學(xué)的輔導(dǎo)選擇行為;孩子的學(xué)校老師的教學(xué)水平,及其對(duì)學(xué)生和家長的輔導(dǎo)要求、暗示或建議。與教育體制相關(guān)的因素,包括課本、減負(fù)、擇校和應(yīng)試。討論了研究結(jié)果的效度、推論和研究的倫理道德問題。 第四部分是政策建議。以訪談中家長、學(xué)生和輔導(dǎo)老師等當(dāng)事人反映的事實(shí)為依據(jù),結(jié)合其他研究者的觀點(diǎn),從家庭選擇課外輔導(dǎo)的影響因素入手,提出政策建議,主要是調(diào)查處理有償補(bǔ)課、理性對(duì)待“有償家教”、完善提高學(xué)校教育和妥善應(yīng)對(duì)民眾的教育需求。
[Abstract]:Extracurricular tutoring craze has swept the world and become a hot topic affecting thousands of families. Extracurricular tutoring research is gradually rising, but in terms of research topics and research methods, it is still a research field that needs to be further developed. Extracurricular tutoring industry is developing rapidly and is a bright "sunrise" industry. Taking Lanzhou as the research area, this paper mainly adopts the literature research method and the qualitative research method, reviews and combs the domestic and foreign extracurricular tutoring research literature, and interviews 8 extracurricular tutoring parties. The research emphasis of this paper is to explain the connotation of extracurricular tutoring, clarify its extension, understand the general situation of family or its members' choice of extracurricular tutoring, probe into the influencing factors of family's choice of extracurricular tutoring, and put forward some feasible policy suggestions. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction, including the origin of the study, research issues, research areas, literature review. The second part is the research method and process, the research method of this paper is the qualitative research method and the literature research method, the research process mainly includes the research object sampling, enters the research spot, collects the data, arranges the analysis data and the research result writing. The third part is the research results, introduced the research object selection or engaged in extracurricular tutoring. This paper discusses the classification of the influencing factors from the aspects of the parties, important others, educational system and so on, including the factors related to extracurricular counseling, including the achievement and ability of the children, the educational experience and experience of the parents, and so on. The advantages or characteristics of extracurricular tutoring services provided by tutoring teachers and their representatives. Factors related to important others, including the child's peer counseling choice behavior, the teaching level of the child's school teacher, and their guidance requirements for students and parents, hints or suggestions. Factors related to the educational system, including textbooks, burden reduction, school selection and exam-taking. The validity, inference and ethical problems of the research results are discussed. The fourth part is the policy suggestion. On the basis of the facts reflected by parents, students and tutoring teachers in interviews, combining with the views of other researchers, and starting with the factors affecting the family choice of extracurricular counseling, the author puts forward some policy suggestions, which are mainly the investigation and handling of paid supplementary classes. Rational treatment of "paid family education", improve school education and properly meet the educational needs of the public.
