【摘要】： “學(xué)校德育實效性研究”不僅是一個理論問題,而且是一個實踐問題,它在正確評價我國當(dāng)前學(xué)校德育現(xiàn)狀、提高學(xué)校德育效果方面發(fā)揮著極其重要的作用。然而,通過對已有研究文獻(xiàn)的梳理,發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)校德育實效性研究在不斷取得發(fā)展的同時也步入了研究的誤區(qū)。首先,學(xué)校德育實效性高低判斷的困惑。無論是認(rèn)定當(dāng)前學(xué)校德育實效性過低與否,當(dāng)前的學(xué)校德育實效性研究都是從感性的角度進(jìn)行論說,缺乏必要的事實依據(jù)和邏輯起點(diǎn)。其次,學(xué)校德育和學(xué)校德育評價的“異化”傾向,即將學(xué)校德育劃歸其他教育的范疇,或是將其他學(xué)校中其他教育劃歸學(xué)校德育的范疇。第三,學(xué)校德育承擔(dān)的責(zé)任泛化。當(dāng)前不少學(xué)校德育工作者和研究者總是要求學(xué)校在德育過程中發(fā)揮更大的作用,這是過高估計了學(xué)校德育對社會道德規(guī)范的影響。 學(xué)校德育實效性研究之所以會出現(xiàn)這樣的研究誤區(qū),主要受三個方面的因素影響:對于學(xué)校德育實效性評判標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)制不當(dāng),包括德育目標(biāo)定位不合理和德育評價片面化;學(xué)校德育實效性評判與時代結(jié)合不足,包括學(xué)校德育理念對社會變革的影響未能形成積極有效的認(rèn)識、學(xué)校德育忽視了網(wǎng)絡(luò)的影響;主體性德育的異化。而走出學(xué)校德育實效性研究誤區(qū)的途徑,筆者認(rèn)為主要需要建構(gòu)多層次、開放性的實效性研究體系;厘清學(xué)校、家庭、社會各自的德育責(zé)任;還原學(xué)校德育的主體意義。
