構(gòu)建新型教師權(quán)威的思考

【摘要】: 關(guān)于“教師權(quán)威”問(wèn)題的研究一直是教育熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。在當(dāng)今的課堂上存在著兩種不合理且又極端相反的現(xiàn)象,即:濫用教師權(quán)力或是否定教師權(quán)威。這二者都是社會(huì)所不提倡的,不利于教育的發(fā)展和學(xué)生的健康成長(zhǎng)。面對(duì)這一實(shí)際情況,論文對(duì)教師權(quán)威的發(fā)展歷史進(jìn)行了全面的梳理,對(duì)教師權(quán)威進(jìn)行了全新的思考,分析了教師權(quán)威的現(xiàn)實(shí)困境,闡述了新型教師權(quán)威的時(shí)代內(nèi)涵,提出了新型教師權(quán)威構(gòu)建策略,從而有利于教育教學(xué)的順利展開(kāi)。 論文共分四部分:教師權(quán)威解析;樹(shù)立教師權(quán)威的意義探討;我國(guó)教師權(quán)威的困境及分析;構(gòu)建新型合理的教師權(quán)威。 一、教師權(quán)威的解析。主要探討了什么是教師權(quán)威,分析了教師權(quán)威的相關(guān)概念,歷史發(fā)展,特征。通過(guò)把握教師權(quán)威的內(nèi)涵及其與教師權(quán)利、教師威信之間的區(qū)別與聯(lián)系,從而真正地理解教師權(quán)威固有的本質(zhì)特征。 二、教師權(quán)威的意義探討。在了解了教師權(quán)威的基本情況之后,論文從實(shí)踐中加以引導(dǎo),提出了教師權(quán)威存在的意義,即:有助于教師的自我提高;有助于完善學(xué)生的身心健康;有助于教學(xué)任務(wù)的完成;有助于維持教學(xué)秩序。 三、我國(guó)教師權(quán)威存在的問(wèn)題分析。當(dāng)前教師權(quán)威現(xiàn)狀可以歸結(jié)為以下兩個(gè)方面:教師權(quán)威的弱化;教師權(quán)威的強(qiáng)化。針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題,論文分析了造成弱化和強(qiáng)化的原因,并指出為了適應(yīng)時(shí)代民主性的要求,新型教師權(quán)威的構(gòu)建勢(shì)在必行。 四、新型教師權(quán)威的構(gòu)建。論文分析了新型教師權(quán)威內(nèi)涵,提出合理解決目前教師權(quán)威存在問(wèn)題的對(duì)策,從教師權(quán)威的內(nèi)在生成和外在保障體系兩個(gè)方面來(lái)構(gòu)建新型教師權(quán)威。
[Abstract]:The research on "teacher authority" has always been a hot issue in education. There are two kinds of unreasonable and extreme opposite phenomena in the classroom nowadays, that is, abusing teacher's power or denying teacher's authority. Both are not advocated by the society, which is not conducive to the development of education and healthy growth of students. In the face of this fact, the paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the development history of teacher authority, analyzes the realistic predicament of teacher authority, and expounds the connotation of the new type of teacher authority. This paper puts forward a new construction strategy of teacher authority, which is conducive to the smooth development of education and teaching. The paper is divided into four parts: analysis of teacher authority; discussion on the significance of establishing teacher authority; dilemma and analysis of teacher authority in our country; construction of new and reasonable teacher authority. First, the analysis of the authority of teachers. This paper mainly discusses what is teacher authority, and analyzes the related concepts, historical development and characteristics of teacher authority. Through grasping the connotation of teacher authority and the difference and relation between teacher authority and teacher authority, the author can really understand the inherent essential characteristics of teacher authority. Second, the significance of teacher authority. After understanding the basic situation of teacher authority, the paper gives guidance from practice and puts forward the significance of teacher authority, that is, it is helpful to teachers' self-improvement, to the improvement of students' physical and mental health, to the accomplishment of teaching tasks, and to the improvement of teachers' physical and mental health. It helps to maintain order in teaching. Third, the analysis of the problems existing in the authority of teachers in our country. The present situation of teacher authority can be summed up in the following two aspects: the weakening of teacher authority and the strengthening of teacher authority. In view of these problems, the paper analyzes the causes of weakening and strengthening, and points out that in order to meet the requirements of democracy in the times, it is imperative to construct the authority of new teachers. Fourth, the construction of new teacher authority. This paper analyzes the connotation of new-type teacher authority, and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the existing problems of teacher authority reasonably, and constructs the new-type teacher authority from two aspects: the internal generation of teacher authority and the external guarantee system.
