高校師范專業(yè)貧困大學(xué)生社會(huì)支持與心理健康的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】: 本研究采用精神癥狀自評(píng)量表(SCL-90)以及修訂后的社會(huì)支持量表為測(cè)查工具。兩個(gè)量表均具有較高的信度和效度。 采用隨機(jī)分層抽樣方法,從吉林市某高校師范專業(yè)大一至大四的學(xué)生中隨機(jī)抽取168名貧困生和176名非貧困生作為研究對(duì)象,進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,收回有效問(wèn)卷344份。較為全面地測(cè)查了貧困生與非貧困生的心理健康水平狀況、社會(huì)支持狀況、社會(huì)支持與心理健康水平的相關(guān)。所得數(shù)據(jù)采用統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件spss11.5統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。 結(jié)果如下: 1、貧困大學(xué)生的心理健康水平明顯低于非貧困大學(xué)生的心理健康水平,尤其在軀體化、恐怖、人際關(guān)系敏感、焦慮方面最為嚴(yán)重。 2、貧困大學(xué)生的社會(huì)支持狀況低于非貧困大學(xué)生的社會(huì)支持狀況,在朋友支持、家人支持、同學(xué)支持、經(jīng)濟(jì)支持、安慰關(guān)心方面尤為突出。 3、城市貧困大學(xué)生的心理健康總體水平和社會(huì)支持比農(nóng)村貧困大學(xué)生低,貧困女大學(xué)生的心理健康總體水平、社會(huì)支持比貧困男大學(xué)生低。 4、貧困大學(xué)生社會(huì)支持的各維度與心理健康水平呈顯著正相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:The mental symptom checklist (SCL-90) and the revised Social support scale (SSS) were used as a tool. Both scales had high reliability and validity. By using random stratified sampling method, 168 poor students and 176 non-poor students were randomly selected from freshmen to senior students of a normal college in Jilin City, and 344 valid questionnaires were collected. The mental health level of poor students and non-poor students was investigated comprehensively, and the correlation between social support and mental health level was also studied. The data were analyzed by statistical software spss11.5. The results are as follows: 1. The mental health level of poor college students is obviously lower than that of non-poor college students, especially in somatization, terror and interpersonal sensitivity. Anxiety is the most serious. 2. The social support status of poor college students is lower than that of non-impoverished college students, in terms of friend support, family support, classmate support, financial support, The overall level of mental health and social support of urban poor college students is lower than that of poor rural college students, and the overall level of mental health of poor female college students is particularly prominent. Social support was lower than that of poor male students. 4. The dimensions of social support of poor college students were positively correlated with the level of mental health.
