【摘要】: 伴隨全球互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的普及和國(guó)家教育部“校校通”工程的推廣應(yīng)用,作為國(guó)家教育發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的重要部分,教育網(wǎng)站得到了迅速發(fā)展,在全國(guó)各院校呈現(xiàn)出一片繁榮的景象,正在成為一種強(qiáng)有力的教學(xué)、學(xué)習(xí)工具與管理工具,在促進(jìn)教育信息資源建設(shè),加強(qiáng)學(xué)校和教師的信息化認(rèn)知意識(shí),彌補(bǔ)教育差距等方面發(fā)揮了積極作用。尤其是借助于國(guó)家政策的支持和資金的大量投入,在網(wǎng)站硬件環(huán)境建設(shè)和資源建設(shè)上都取得了較大成績(jī),為教育現(xiàn)代化的跨越式發(fā)展做出了較大的貢獻(xiàn)。但是隨著科技的發(fā)展和Web2.0時(shí)代的到來,簡(jiǎn)單的網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)平臺(tái)搭建和單一的資源倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)已經(jīng)無法滿足教育多樣化的需要,也無法跟上時(shí)代發(fā)展的潮流。 雖然全國(guó)大大小小的教育網(wǎng)站的類型、欄目結(jié)構(gòu)、欄目?jī)?nèi)容都有很大的差異,但是它們提供的服務(wù)功能主要有以下兩個(gè)方面:一是教育資訊服務(wù)功能,主要是提供教育新聞、教育動(dòng)態(tài)、政策法規(guī)、公報(bào)公告等教育信息服務(wù);另一方面是教學(xué)服務(wù)功能,主要是網(wǎng)上教學(xué)、學(xué)習(xí)管理、教學(xué)保障、資源提供、交流互動(dòng)以及其它與教學(xué)相關(guān)內(nèi)容的服務(wù)。即除了提供資訊類信息服務(wù)功能之外,能夠發(fā)掘互動(dòng)平臺(tái)的作用,輔助支持各類教育教學(xué)活動(dòng)的其它相關(guān)服務(wù)功能。該功能的質(zhì)量?jī)?yōu)劣往往決定著教育網(wǎng)站的質(zhì)量。 目前國(guó)內(nèi)的教育網(wǎng)站,數(shù)量大、形式多樣,但是真正能夠提供優(yōu)秀教學(xué)服務(wù)功能的網(wǎng)站并不多。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),國(guó)內(nèi)多數(shù)教育網(wǎng)站中,教育資訊服務(wù)類欄目的設(shè)置率最高,占到90%以上,而與教學(xué)相關(guān)的服務(wù)欄目只占到了10%左右。這些網(wǎng)站注重信息發(fā)布、網(wǎng)站宣傳功能,但對(duì)教學(xué)支持以及資源建設(shè)與教學(xué)應(yīng)用密切結(jié)合等功能挖掘不夠。而且,僅占到10%的教學(xué)服務(wù)形式單一,開放性差、參與面窄,有的僅僅是單向的、簡(jiǎn)單的資源倉(cāng)儲(chǔ),實(shí)用性有限、教學(xué)促進(jìn)作用不大,無法滿足教學(xué)改革的多樣化需求。這與當(dāng)前web2.0時(shí)代提倡的參與、互動(dòng)、協(xié)作、個(gè)性化以及思維訓(xùn)練和創(chuàng)造能力培養(yǎng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)特征和社會(huì)需求存在較大矛盾。所以緊跟教育網(wǎng)站的教學(xué)服務(wù)功能發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)、適應(yīng)學(xué)習(xí)者不斷變化的需求,加強(qiáng)教學(xué)服務(wù)功能的建設(shè),是提高教育網(wǎng)站質(zhì)量的前提和保證。 本文通過文獻(xiàn)法、觀察法、比較法、問卷調(diào)查法,首先從分析相關(guān)的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)入手,并在此基礎(chǔ)之上確定論文的研究?jī)?nèi)容和研究目標(biāo)。其次,對(duì)教育網(wǎng)站的相關(guān)概念和類型進(jìn)行闡述,將教學(xué)服務(wù)功能從教育網(wǎng)站功能中相對(duì)分離出來,對(duì)教學(xué)服務(wù)功能進(jìn)行針對(duì)性的研究分析。選取K12中國(guó)中小學(xué)教育教學(xué)網(wǎng)、101遠(yuǎn)程教育網(wǎng)、信息技術(shù)教師之家以及新浪教育頻道這4個(gè)具有代表性的教育網(wǎng)站為研究對(duì)象,針對(duì)這幾個(gè)教育網(wǎng)站的教學(xué)服務(wù)功能從學(xué)習(xí)平臺(tái)搭建和資源建設(shè)兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行梳理,分析和總結(jié)出各自的優(yōu)勢(shì)和問題。再則,通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)在線調(diào)查掌握教育網(wǎng)站瀏覽者的應(yīng)用情況和需求狀況,利用Excel和SPSS將收集到的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理,分析調(diào)查結(jié)果,為后續(xù)研究提供了理論和數(shù)據(jù)上的支持。 然后,在具體理論的指導(dǎo)下,從網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)平臺(tái)和資源庫(kù)建設(shè)兩個(gè)方面對(duì)教育網(wǎng)站的教學(xué)服務(wù)功能展開詳細(xì)的研究。通過剖析web2.0時(shí)代網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展的特點(diǎn)以及帶來的新技術(shù)對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境的諸多影響,歸納出了教育網(wǎng)站網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)平臺(tái)的建設(shè)方向,同時(shí)依據(jù)21世紀(jì)對(duì)人才關(guān)鍵素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)要求即從培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的自學(xué)能力、思維能力和創(chuàng)新能力出發(fā),提出了教育網(wǎng)站資源庫(kù)的建設(shè)方向。 最后依據(jù)上述的結(jié)論,結(jié)合目前教育網(wǎng)站的教學(xué)服務(wù)功能應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀以及需求情況,闡述了對(duì)于教育網(wǎng)站的教學(xué)服務(wù)功能建設(shè)的幾點(diǎn)建議并設(shè)計(jì)出教育網(wǎng)站教學(xué)服務(wù)功能結(jié)構(gòu)模塊圖,然后以K12中小學(xué)教育教學(xué)網(wǎng)為例,分析它的欄目結(jié)構(gòu)和教學(xué)服務(wù)功能,總結(jié)該網(wǎng)站教學(xué)服務(wù)功能存在的問題,依據(jù)教學(xué)服務(wù)功能結(jié)構(gòu)模塊圖對(duì)該網(wǎng)站提出相應(yīng)的教學(xué)服務(wù)功能改進(jìn)建議,從而為教育網(wǎng)站的教學(xué)服務(wù)功能建設(shè)提供參考性的樣本。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of the global Internet and the popularization and application of the "school school" project of the Ministry of education of the state, as an important part of the national education development strategy, the educational website has developed rapidly, showing a prosperous scene in all colleges and universities all over the country, and is becoming a powerful teaching, learning tool and management tool to promote the education letter. It has played an active role in the construction of interest resources, strengthening the awareness of information cognition of schools and teachers, and making up the gap of education. In particular, with the support of national policy and the large investment of funds, great achievements have been made in the construction of the hardware environment of the website and the construction of resources, which has made great progress for the leap forward development of education modernization. But with the development of science and technology and the arrival of the Web2.0 era, simple network learning platform building and single resource storage can not meet the needs of education diversification, and can not keep up with the trend of the development of the times.
Although there are great differences in the types of educational websites, column structure and column content, the service functions are mainly in two aspects: the first is the educational information service function, mainly providing educational information services such as education news, education dynamics, policies and regulations, bulletin bulletins and other educational information services; on the other hand, it is teaching. Service functions mainly include online teaching, learning management, teaching guarantee, resource provision, communication and interaction and other services related to teaching. In addition to providing information service functions, it can explore the role of interactive platform and support other related service functions of various educational and educational activities. The quality of this function is excellent. Inferiority often determines the quality of educational websites.
At present, there are large numbers and various forms of educational websites in China, but there are not many websites that can provide excellent teaching service functions. According to statistics, most education websites have the highest setting rate in most educational websites, accounting for more than 90%, and only about 10% of the service columns related to teaching. These websites pay attention to information. However, only 10% of the teaching service forms are single, the opening is poor, the participation is narrow, some are only one way, the simple resource storage, the limited practicality, the little teaching promotion, and the inability to meet the reform of teaching. There is a great contradiction between the characteristics of the network learning and the social needs of the participation, interaction, collaboration, individuation, thinking training and creative ability, which are advocated in the Web2.0 era. So it is closely related to the trend of the development of teaching service function of the educational website, adapting to the changing needs of the learners and strengthening the function of teaching service. Construction is the premise and guarantee for improving the quality of educational websites.
This paper, through the literature, observation, comparison and questionnaire, begins with the analysis of the relevant domestic and foreign research status and development trend, and on this basis determines the research content and research objectives of the paper. Secondly, the related concepts and types of educational websites are expounded, and the function of teaching service is relative to the function of educational websites. This paper separates and analyzes the teaching service function, and selects K12 China primary and secondary education network, 101 distance education network, information technology teacher's home and Sina education channel, which are 4 representative educational websites as the research object, and build the teaching service function of these educational websites from the learning platform. Two aspects of resources construction are combed, and their advantages and problems are analyzed and summarized. Then, the application and demand of the educational website visitors are mastered through online online survey. The data collected by Excel and SPSS are processed and the results are analyzed, and the support of theory and data is provided for the follow-up research.
Then, under the guidance of the specific theory, this paper makes a detailed study of the teaching service function of the educational website from two aspects of the network learning platform and the construction of the resource base. Through the analysis of the characteristics of the network development in the Web2.0 era and the many effects of the new technology on the network learning environment, the construction of the network learning platform of the educational website is concluded. At the same time, according to the training requirements for the key qualities of talents in twenty-first Century, the direction of the construction of educational website resource base is put forward from the training of students' self-learning ability, thinking ability and innovation ability.
Finally, according to the above conclusion, combining with the present situation of the teaching service function application and the demand situation of the educational website, this paper expounds some suggestions on the teaching service function construction of the educational website and designs the function structure module diagram of the education website teaching service, and then takes the K12 primary and secondary education network as an example to analyze its column structure. With the function of teaching service, this paper summarizes the existing problems in the teaching service function of the website, and puts forward some suggestions for improving the function of teaching service according to the function structure diagram of the teaching service, so as to provide a reference sample for the teaching service function construction of the educational website.
