新課改背景下高中地理教師專業(yè)素養(yǎng)探究

【摘要】:為了加強(qiáng)基礎(chǔ)教育,提高中華民族全民素質(zhì),使現(xiàn)代教育能符合新時(shí)代的要求,充分培養(yǎng)和發(fā)揮學(xué)生的創(chuàng)造性,提高學(xué)生的實(shí)踐能力和綜合素質(zhì),黨和國(guó)家于2001年正式啟動(dòng)新一輪的基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革,頒布了《基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革綱要(試行)》(2001),全面大力推進(jìn)基新一輪礎(chǔ)教育課程改革工作。 新課程改革對(duì)教師提出了新的、更高的要求。因此,伴隨著新課程改革的進(jìn)一步實(shí)施,人們也更加強(qiáng)調(diào)教師在自身素質(zhì)上的提高與發(fā)展。教師的角色已經(jīng)由過(guò)去傳統(tǒng)的教書(shū)匠形象發(fā)展成為集知識(shí)傳授、能力培養(yǎng)、教育科研、道德培養(yǎng)、學(xué)習(xí)評(píng)價(jià)、行政管理等角色于一身的專業(yè)化人才。教師逐步走上一條專業(yè)化、多樣化、立體化的發(fā)展道路。這也就意味著在新課程改革全面實(shí)行的今天,教師要全面提高自己的職業(yè)素養(yǎng),,走上教師發(fā)展的專業(yè)化道路。 由于地理學(xué)科自身的特殊性,以及新課改對(duì)學(xué)生發(fā)展提出的要求,地理教師所具備的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)應(yīng)該更為全面。本文試圖結(jié)合筆者的實(shí)際教育工作經(jīng)歷,通過(guò)對(duì)新課程理念的分析,初步探討了新課改背景下教師職業(yè)素養(yǎng)的構(gòu)成。筆者從高中地理教師的教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),結(jié)合教育學(xué)、心理學(xué)、地理教學(xué)論、管理學(xué)等多學(xué)科的理論知識(shí)作為指導(dǎo),綜合運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)研究、案例法、實(shí)踐法、總結(jié)法、資料分析法等方法,提出地理教師應(yīng)該具備的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)結(jié)構(gòu),為廣大地理教師提供可供參考和努力的范式,明確教新課改對(duì)地理教師的要求。地理教師的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)包括知識(shí)素養(yǎng)、能力素養(yǎng)、心理素養(yǎng)和職業(yè)道德素養(yǎng)四個(gè)方面,本文結(jié)合教育理論和具體教學(xué)實(shí)踐分析了每個(gè)素養(yǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)下新課改究對(duì)地理教師的要求。
[Abstract]:In order to strengthen the basic education, improve the national quality of the Chinese nation, make the modern education meet the requirements of the new era, fully cultivate and give play to the students' creativity, and improve the students' practical ability and comprehensive quality,In 2001, the Party and the government officially launched a new round of basic education curriculum reform, promulgated the outline of basic Education Curriculum Reform (trial), and promoted the basic and new round of basic education curriculum reform in an all-round way.The new curriculum reform has put forward new and higher requirements for teachers.Therefore, with the further implementation of the new curriculum reform, people also pay more attention to the improvement and development of teachers' own quality.The role of teachers has been developed from the traditional image of teaching craftsmen to professional talents with the roles of knowledge imparting, ability training, educational scientific research, moral training, learning evaluation, administration and so on.Teachers step by step on a professional, diversified, three-dimensional development.This means that teachers should improve their professional qualities and take the professional road of teachers' development when the new curriculum reform is carried out in an all-round way.Due to the particularity of geography and the requirement of new curriculum reform, geography teachers should have more comprehensive professional accomplishment.This article attempts to combine the author's actual education work experience, through the analysis of the new curriculum concept, preliminarily discusses the composition of teachers' professional accomplishment under the background of the new curriculum reform.Based on the present teaching situation of geography teachers in senior high school, combined with the theory of pedagogy, psychology, geography teaching, management and so on, the author synthetically applied literature research, case law, practice method, summary method, etc.By means of data analysis and other methods, this paper puts forward the professional literacy structure that geography teachers should possess, provides a paradigm for reference and hard work for geography teachers, and clarifies the requirements of teaching new curriculum reform for geography teachers.Geography teachers' professional literacy includes four aspects: knowledge, ability, psychology and professional ethics. This paper analyzes the requirements of the new curriculum reform under each literacy structure based on the educational theory and specific teaching practice.
