【摘要】：在"教育學(xué)"一級(jí)學(xué)科下建立"教師教育學(xué)"二級(jí)學(xué)科是我國(guó)百余年師范教育演變史以及當(dāng)今教師教育事業(yè)需求之必然產(chǎn)物,也符合教師教育發(fā)展的內(nèi)在邏輯。"教師教育學(xué)"是一門有關(guān)教師教育活動(dòng)和教師教學(xué)工作的基本原理或是方法論的學(xué)問(wèn)。建構(gòu)當(dāng)代中國(guó)的"教師教育學(xué)",離不開(kāi)教師教育實(shí)踐的滋養(yǎng),有必要加強(qiáng)學(xué)科制度和課程體系的建設(shè),并須打造一支專業(yè)的教師教育學(xué)科隊(duì)伍。
[Abstract]:The establishment of "teacher pedagogy" secondary subject under "pedagogy" is an inevitable product of the history of teacher education evolution and the needs of teacher education in China over a hundred years, and is also in line with the internal logic of the development of teacher education. "Teacher pedagogy is a knowledge of the basic principles or methodology of teacher education activities and teaching work.The construction of "teacher pedagogy" in contemporary China can not be separated from the nourishment of teacher education practice. It is necessary to strengthen the construction of discipline system and curriculum system, and to build a professional teacher education discipline team.
