教師合作:厘清與反思

【摘要】:鑒于教師合作的諸問題討論需要建立在對(duì)教師合作概念的深度理解上,本文以合作為源頭,通過對(duì)教師合作概念的梳理分析,力圖從教師合作理念由來的角度澄清其內(nèi)涵,并在教師合作與教師獨(dú)立工作關(guān)系的反思中深化對(duì)教師合作概念的完整理解,以避免教師合作討論中出現(xiàn)的表層化現(xiàn)狀描述、平面化問題解釋、感性化策略建構(gòu)的趨向。
[Abstract]:In view of the fact that the discussion of the problems of teacher cooperation needs to be based on a deep understanding of the concept of teacher cooperation, this paper takes cooperation as the source and tries to clarify its connotation from the perspective of the origin of the concept of teacher cooperation by combing and analyzing the concept of teacher cooperation. And in the reflection of the relationship between teachers' cooperation and teachers' independent work, we should deepen the complete understanding of the concept of teacher cooperation, so as to avoid the tendency of superficial situation description, planarization problem explanation and perceptual strategy construction in teacher cooperation discussion.
