【摘要】：本調(diào)查旨在了解大學(xué)生的心境特點。采用《簡明心境狀態(tài)量表》,隨機抽取內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)三所高校778名大學(xué)生作為調(diào)查對象。調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示:本地區(qū)大學(xué)生與全國常模比較,在消極情緒緊張、疲勞、抑郁、困惑和積極情緒活力維度均存在顯著差異;蒙、漢族大學(xué)生在生氣維度上有顯著性差異;大一和大四年級學(xué)生心境狀態(tài)在消極情緒(除生氣、抑郁外)維度上有顯著差異;不同專業(yè)大學(xué)生心境狀態(tài)在緊張、疲勞、困惑和活力維度上有極其顯著差異。結(jié)論:本地區(qū)大學(xué)生心理健康總體水平良好。在大學(xué)生心理健康調(diào)查中可以采用心境狀況來測評。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to understand the state of mind of college students. 778 college students from three colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia were randomly selected by using the Concise mood State scale. The results showed that the college students in this area were compared with the national norm. There were significant differences in the dimensions of negative emotional tension, fatigue, depression, confusion and positive emotional vitality; there were significant differences in the angry dimension between Mongolian and Han students; the state of mind of freshmen and seniors were in negative mood (except anger). There were significant differences in the dimensions of depression, the state of mind of college students with different specialties was tense, fatigue, Conclusion: the overall level of mental health of college students in this area is good. In the mental health survey of college students, the state of mind can be measured.
