【摘要】： 高職院大學生的心理健康問題是大學生心理健康的重要方面,而影響高職院大學生心理健康狀況的因素有很多,自我概念是影響心理健康水平的內(nèi)部重要因素,而家庭環(huán)境是個體心理發(fā)展的直接環(huán)境,對心理健康水平的影響也非常重要。而將自我概念和家庭環(huán)境結(jié)合在一起,研究高職院大學生的自我概念與家庭環(huán)境的特點,并探討其與心理健康水平的關(guān)系,對高職院大學生的心理健康教育是非常必要的。 本研究選取蘇州國際教育園區(qū)高職院大一至大三年級學生772人為被試,運用癥狀自評量表(SCL-90)、田納西自我概念問卷(TSCS)和家庭環(huán)境量表(FES-CV)考察了高職院大學生的心理健康狀況、自我概念、家庭環(huán)境狀況以及三者之間的關(guān)系,發(fā)現(xiàn): 1、高職院大學生心理健康水平總體比較健康,心理問題檢出率12.05%。高職院大學生心理健康總均分及各因子在性別上存在顯著差異。高職院大學生心理健康總均分及各項因子的得分隨著年級的升高而遞減。高職院大學生心理健康水平在學科性質(zhì)上有所差異。 2、高職院大學生自我概念總體水平處于中等偏上,自我概念總分及家庭自我、自我行動、道德倫理自我、自我認同因子上的差異顯著,在學科性質(zhì)上沒有顯著差異。 3、高職院大學生的自我概念和家庭環(huán)境是影響其心理健康的重要因素,心理健康各因子與自我概念各維度、家庭環(huán)境因子存在不同程度的相關(guān),部分因子間存在顯著相關(guān)。 4、高職院大學生自我概念因子與家庭環(huán)境因子之間存在不同程度的相關(guān),部分因子間存在顯著相關(guān),家庭環(huán)境對高職院大學生自我概念的影響重大。
[Abstract]:The mental health problem of college students is an important aspect of college students' mental health, and there are many factors that affect the mental health of college students. Self-concept is the internal important factor that affects the level of mental health. The family environment is the direct environment of individual psychological development, and the influence on the level of mental health is also very important. By combining self-concept with family environment, this paper studies the characteristics of self-concept and family environment of higher vocational college students. It is necessary for college students' mental health education to discuss the relationship between it and mental health level. In this study, 772 freshmen to sophomores in Suzhou International Education Park were selected to investigate the mental health status of college students by using symptom Checklist (SCL-90), Tennessee Self-concept questionnaire (TSCS) and Family Environment scale (FES-FCVV). Self-concept, family environment and the relationship between the three, found that:. 1. The level of mental health of college students in higher vocational colleges is generally healthy, The detection rate of psychological problems was 12.05. There were significant differences in the total average scores of mental health and the factors of mental health among the college students in higher vocational colleges. The scores of the total average scores of mental health and the scores of various factors in higher vocational college students decreased with the increase of grade. The psychological health level of college students is different in nature of subject. 2. The overall level of self-concept of college students in higher vocational colleges is at the middle level. There are significant differences in the total score of self-concept and family self, self-action, moral and ethical self, self-identity factor, but no significant difference in the nature of discipline. 3. The self-concept and family environment of the college students are the important factors that affect their mental health. The factors of mental health and the dimensions of self-concept, the factors of family environment are related to different degrees, and some of the factors have significant correlation. (4) there is a significant correlation between the self-concept factor and the family environment factor in higher vocational college students, and there is a significant correlation between some factors, and the family environment has a significant impact on the self-concept of the college students.
