【摘要】：本文在追溯美國選擇性教師培養(yǎng)路徑發(fā)展過程的基礎上,探討分析了其興起原因、主要類型引發(fā)的爭議。同時指出,在克服傳統(tǒng)教師培養(yǎng)模式的弊端的同時,選擇性教師培養(yǎng)路徑也存在著忽視教師培養(yǎng)系統(tǒng)性和專業(yè)性的問題。
[Abstract]:On the basis of tracing the development process of selective teacher training path in the United States, this paper probes into the reasons for its emergence and the controversy caused by its main types. At the same time, it points out that, while overcoming the disadvantages of the traditional teacher training mode, The selective teacher training path also has the problem of neglecting the systematic and professional nature of teacher training.
