專業(yè)化視野中的高校教師專業(yè)素養(yǎng)研究

【摘要】: 專業(yè)素養(yǎng)是專門職業(yè)對(duì)從業(yè)人員的整體要求,因此在高校教師職業(yè)專業(yè)化的進(jìn)程中,人們對(duì)專業(yè)素養(yǎng)給予了廣泛的關(guān)注。高校教師是高等教育教學(xué)實(shí)踐的主導(dǎo)者、研究的主體和改革的主力,高校教師的質(zhì)量直接影響著高校的生命力,而要提高高校教師的質(zhì)量,科學(xué)合理的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)是基本保證。本研究從專業(yè)化的視角出發(fā),在文獻(xiàn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,以多元思維的方式解構(gòu)、評(píng)析不同的理論觀點(diǎn),進(jìn)行比較、抽象、概括,采用系統(tǒng)分析的方法進(jìn)行研究,把重點(diǎn)放在對(duì)高校教師專業(yè)素養(yǎng)系統(tǒng)的分析和有效提升高校教師專業(yè)素養(yǎng)的策略上,對(duì)高校教師專業(yè)素養(yǎng)的基礎(chǔ)系統(tǒng)、動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)、效率系統(tǒng)一一進(jìn)行了細(xì)致地剖析,從而在一定程度上明確了高校教師專業(yè)發(fā)展所追求的理想素養(yǎng)的內(nèi)涵,指明了高校教師的努力方向。 本文共分四個(gè)部分。第一部分,對(duì)教師專業(yè)化進(jìn)行了理論解讀,探討了專業(yè)的內(nèi)涵,詮釋了專業(yè)的特征;對(duì)專業(yè)化及教師專業(yè)化的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,闡明了專業(yè)化對(duì)教師素養(yǎng)的要求。 第二部分,針對(duì)現(xiàn)實(shí)中高校教師專業(yè)素養(yǎng)缺失的表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行了剖析,在高校教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展中,存在著一些不盡如人意的方面,主要表現(xiàn)在職業(yè)道德、知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)、創(chuàng)新能力、科研能力、心理素質(zhì)、信息素養(yǎng)以及專業(yè)意識(shí)等方面。這些問(wèn)題的存在,嚴(yán)重的阻礙了高校教師專業(yè)水平的提升,不利于合理的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)的形成。由此可見(jiàn),促進(jìn)高校教師專業(yè)素養(yǎng)提升的必要性和緊迫性。 第三部分,從三個(gè)不同的維度:基礎(chǔ)系統(tǒng)(高校教師的專業(yè)知識(shí))、動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)(高校教師的專業(yè)情意)、效率系統(tǒng)(高校教師的專業(yè)能力)多角度的對(duì)高校教師的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)這一系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了剖析。知識(shí)是高校教師為師從教的基本條件;專業(yè)情意是推動(dòng)高校教師專業(yè)發(fā)展,并獻(xiàn)身教育事業(yè)的根本動(dòng)力;專業(yè)能力是促進(jìn)高校教師的教育活動(dòng)順利進(jìn)行并有效引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生發(fā)展的效率機(jī)制。 第四部分,從高校教師個(gè)體的專業(yè)自主發(fā)展、高校的職能和政府的作用三個(gè)方面論證了如何有效地提升高校教師的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)水平。謀求既以個(gè)體內(nèi)部自主發(fā)展為主,又有外部力量的保障、促進(jìn),從而提升高校教師的專業(yè)化水平,形成合理的符合高等教育人才培養(yǎng)需要的系統(tǒng)的專業(yè)素養(yǎng),以適應(yīng)我國(guó)高等教育的發(fā)展,保障和提高高等教育的教育質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Professional accomplishment is the overall requirement of the professional profession to the practitioners. Therefore, in the process of the professional specialization of teachers in colleges and universities, people pay extensive attention to the professional accomplishment. The teachers in colleges and universities are the dominant teachers in the teaching practice of higher education. The main body of the research and the main force of the reform, the quality of college teachers directly affect the vitality of colleges and universities, and to improve the quality of university teachers, scientific and reasonable professional accomplishment is the basic guarantee. On the basis of literature research, deconstructing in a multivariate way of thinking, analyzing different theoretical viewpoints, comparing, abstracting, generalizing, using the method of systematic analysis to carry on the research. Focusing on the analysis of the professional literacy system of university teachers and the strategies to effectively promote the professional quality of university teachers, the basic system, the power system and the efficiency system of the professional literacy of university teachers are analyzed in detail. To a certain extent, it clarifies the connotation of the ideal quality pursued by the professional development of university teachers, and points out the direction of university teachers' efforts. This paper is divided into four parts. In the first part, the author makes a theoretical interpretation of the specialization of teachers, probes into the connotation of the specialty and interprets the characteristics of the specialty, analyzes the connotation of the specialization and the specialization of the teacher, and on the basis of the analysis, This paper expounds the requirements of specialization for teachers' accomplishment. The second part analyzes the lack of professional literacy of college teachers in reality. In the professional development of university teachers, there are some unsatisfactory aspects, mainly reflected in professional ethics, knowledge structure, innovation ability. Scientific research ability, psychological quality, information literacy, professional consciousness and so on. The existence of these problems seriously hinders the improvement of the professional level of university teachers, and is not conducive to the formation of reasonable professional literacy. The necessity and urgency of promoting the professional quality of teachers in colleges and universities. Part three, From three different dimensions: basic system (professional knowledge of university teachers), power system (professional feelings of university teachers), efficiency system (professional ability of university teachers) multi-angle of the professional literacy of university teachers. Knowledge is the basic condition for college teachers to teach as teachers. Professional sentiment is the fundamental motive force to promote the professional development of college teachers and devote themselves to the cause of education, and the professional ability is the efficient mechanism to promote the smooth progress of college teachers' educational activities and effectively guide the development of college students. In the 4th part, the author demonstrates how to effectively promote the professional accomplishment of university teachers from three aspects: the independent development of individual teachers, the functions of colleges and universities and the role of government. In order to adapt to the development of higher education in China, there are also external forces to ensure and promote the professional level of teachers in colleges and universities, and form a systematic professional accomplishment that meets the needs of the cultivation of talents in higher education. Ensure and improve the quality of higher education.
