促進(jìn)虛擬學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境生態(tài)化的教師行為規(guī)范研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著遠(yuǎn)程網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)走過(guò)初期粗放型的發(fā)展歷程,虛擬學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境的構(gòu)建陷入了深入發(fā)展的瓶頸。虛擬教學(xué)過(guò)程中,不斷出現(xiàn)不和諧的問(wèn)題,如重視技術(shù)而忽視網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)策略、海量信息資源使學(xué)生疲于應(yīng)付而在線學(xué)習(xí)效果收獲甚微、在線教學(xué)人際情感冷漠導(dǎo)致網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)缺乏活力等。虛擬學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境下的這些失衡現(xiàn)象與教師不規(guī)范的在線行為脫不開(kāi)關(guān)系。運(yùn)用生態(tài)學(xué)觀點(diǎn)詮釋虛擬學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境中教師行為引起的生態(tài)失衡,并以生態(tài)視角分析、探尋促進(jìn)環(huán)境生態(tài)化發(fā)展的教師行為規(guī)范成為解決虛擬學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境生態(tài)失衡的關(guān)鍵之舉。 本文主要由發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題、分析問(wèn)題、解決問(wèn)題和驗(yàn)證結(jié)論四個(gè)部分組成。首先,以生態(tài)學(xué)視角探究了虛擬學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境下教師行為引起的生態(tài)失衡現(xiàn)狀。其次,分析了物理、社會(huì)子環(huán)境下影響教師行為的“生態(tài)因子”,進(jìn)而歸結(jié)出了生態(tài)化虛擬學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境下幾種典型的教師在線行為。再次,從生態(tài)視角出發(fā)制定了促進(jìn)虛擬學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境生態(tài)化的教師行為規(guī)范,共計(jì)30條。最后,論文結(jié)尾針對(duì)教師行為規(guī)范是否能夠促進(jìn)環(huán)境的生態(tài)發(fā)展以及實(shí)踐應(yīng)用等問(wèn)題闡述了驗(yàn)證規(guī)范的設(shè)想。 本文運(yùn)用生態(tài)學(xué)理論解決虛擬學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境中教師行為的問(wèn)題,提供了促進(jìn)生態(tài)化虛擬學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境發(fā)展的具體解決思路,這將有助于生態(tài)化虛擬學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境理論研究的豐富和發(fā)展,也將為在線教師的實(shí)踐提供有益的約束和指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the extensive development of distance network teaching, the construction of virtual learning environment has fallen into the bottleneck of in-depth development. If we attach importance to technology and ignore the network teaching strategy, the massive information resources make the students tired of coping, but the effect of online learning is very little. The relationship between these imbalance phenomena in virtual learning environment and teachers' nonstandard online behavior is not separated. Using Ecological View to explain Teaching in Virtual Learning Environment. The ecological imbalance caused by teacher's behavior, From the perspective of ecology, it is the key to solve the ecological imbalance of virtual learning environment to explore the teachers' behavior norms to promote the ecological development of the environment. This paper mainly consists of four parts: discovering problem, analyzing problem, solving problem and verifying conclusion. Firstly, the ecological imbalance caused by teacher's behavior in virtual learning environment is explored from the perspective of ecology. Secondly, physics is analyzed. The ecological factors that influence teachers' behavior under social subenvironment, and then summed up several typical online behaviors of teachers in ecological virtual learning environment. From the perspective of ecology, the author formulates 30 rules of teachers' behavior to promote the ecology of virtual learning environment. Finally, At the end of the paper, the author expounds the assumption of the verification criterion on whether the teacher behavior code can promote the ecological development of the environment and its practical application. This paper applies ecological theory to solve the problem of teachers' behavior in virtual learning environment, and provides a concrete solution to promote the development of ecological virtual learning environment, which will be helpful to enrich and develop the theory of ecological virtual learning environment. It will also provide useful constraints and guidance for the practice of online teachers.
