高中生基本心理需要的滿(mǎn)足與幸福感的關(guān)系

【摘要】:本研究以自我決定理論中的基本心理需要理論為基礎(chǔ),從幸福感的不同研究取向(主觀幸福感和心理幸福感)及不同的水平層面(特征性水平和日常水平),較為全面地探討了高中生基本心理需要的滿(mǎn)足與幸福感的關(guān)系。 研究一使用了問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法,以748名高中生為被試,從特征性水平,探討了高中生基本心理需要的滿(mǎn)足與主觀幸福感和心理幸福感的關(guān)系。通過(guò)被試間調(diào)查顯示:關(guān)系需要、勝任需要、自主需要的滿(mǎn)足與主觀幸福感和心理幸福感都存在顯著的正相關(guān)關(guān)系。通過(guò)多元回歸分析證實(shí):三種基本心理需要的滿(mǎn)足對(duì)心理幸福感及主觀幸福感的各個(gè)因子都有不同程度的可靠的預(yù)測(cè)力。具有高幸福感的是那些基本心理需要滿(mǎn)足程度高的個(gè)體。勝任需要、關(guān)系需要、自主需要得不到滿(mǎn)足的學(xué)生,相對(duì)幸福感也低。 研究二采用了日記調(diào)查法,對(duì)51名被試進(jìn)行了連續(xù)12天的追蹤調(diào)查,從日常水平,探討了高中生在一天的行為和活動(dòng)中所體驗(yàn)到的基本心理需要的滿(mǎn)足與幸福感的日常指標(biāo):積極情緒、消極情緒、活力、身體癥狀之間的關(guān)系。研究顯示:個(gè)體一天中體驗(yàn)到的總的基本心理需要滿(mǎn)足與當(dāng)天的積極情緒和活力存在顯著正相關(guān),與消極情緒和癥狀存在顯著負(fù)相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:This study is based on the basic psychological need theory in the theory of self-determination, from different research orientations of well-being (subjective well-being and psychological well-being) and different levels (characteristic level and daily level). The relationship between satisfaction of basic psychological needs and well-being of senior high school students is discussed comprehensively. In the first study, 748 high school students were selected from the characteristic level. This paper discusses the relationship between satisfaction of basic psychological needs of senior high school students and subjective well-being and psychological well-being. The satisfaction of autonomous needs was positively correlated with subjective well-being and psychological well-being, and was confirmed by multiple regression analysis. The satisfaction of the three basic psychological needs has different degree of reliable predictive power to the factors of psychological well-being and subjective well-being. The individuals with high happiness are those who satisfy the basic psychological needs to a high degree. Yes. Students whose relationship needs and autonomy needs are not satisfied are also low in relative happiness. In the second study, 51 subjects were followed up for 12 consecutive days, from the daily level. This paper discusses the daily indicators of satisfaction and well-being of the basic psychological needs experienced by senior high school students in the course of a day's behavior and activities: positive emotion, negative emotion and vitality. The relationship between physical symptoms and physical symptoms. The study shows that the total basic psychological needs experienced by individuals during the day are significantly positively correlated with positive emotions and activities of the day and negatively correlated with negative emotions and symptoms.
