【摘要】: 網(wǎng)絡(luò)教研是基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和遠程教育網(wǎng)進行教育教學指導、研究、溝通、交流、培訓的教學研究形式。它有別于現(xiàn)實教學研究活動,從全新的視角探索教研的方向,擴大教研的職能。網(wǎng)絡(luò)教研平臺作為網(wǎng)絡(luò)教研的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,其質(zhì)量的高低直接關(guān)系到網(wǎng)絡(luò)教研效果的好壞,當前,盡管一些地方教研部門已組織開展一定規(guī)模的網(wǎng)絡(luò)教研活動,但對如何進一步提高教師進行網(wǎng)絡(luò)教研的積極性,規(guī)范網(wǎng)絡(luò)教研行為的研究還很少,國內(nèi)網(wǎng)絡(luò)教研平臺的構(gòu)建無論從理論上還是實踐上更是缺乏系統(tǒng)深入的研究。 教師發(fā)展檔案袋是教師具有代表性的工作集合,是教師對自己工作進程的記錄,是對自己的成就、風格、態(tài)度、價值觀等方面的全面、高度個人化的描述和相關(guān)材料的集合。通過抽取教師發(fā)展檔案袋中的部分內(nèi)容,融合于網(wǎng)絡(luò)教研平臺中并形成相應(yīng)的檔案袋邏輯結(jié)構(gòu),能達到規(guī)范教研資源的生成;規(guī)范學校網(wǎng)絡(luò)教研活動;方便網(wǎng)絡(luò)教研的質(zhì)量監(jiān)控,提高教師教研水平;為學校網(wǎng)絡(luò)教研激勵機制的建立提供客觀依據(jù)的目的。 本文首先通過文獻調(diào)研了解目前國內(nèi)外網(wǎng)絡(luò)校本教研的實質(zhì)和意義以及教師發(fā)展檔案袋的相關(guān)研究,在此基礎(chǔ)上,對重慶市北碚區(qū)的幾所有條件學校進行實地調(diào)查,分析校本教研網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺在使用過程中的現(xiàn)狀和不足,針對不足和缺點設(shè)計平臺的功能和實現(xiàn)模塊,然后對平臺進行開發(fā),之后,選擇實驗學校,搜集實驗數(shù)據(jù),并根據(jù)教師和相關(guān)領(lǐng)域?qū)<覍υ撈脚_的評價,最終驗證了平臺的有效性。 本文共分七章,第一章闡述了本文的研究背景和動機、研究內(nèi)容和意義,明確了在目前國內(nèi)網(wǎng)絡(luò)教研平臺使用現(xiàn)狀下,開發(fā)一個基于教師發(fā)展檔案袋的網(wǎng)絡(luò)教研平臺的可行性和意義。第二章對教師發(fā)展檔案袋、校本教研、網(wǎng)絡(luò)教研的相關(guān)理論進行梳理。第三章對教師發(fā)展檔案袋、校本教研、網(wǎng)絡(luò)教研在國內(nèi)外的應(yīng)用和研究現(xiàn)狀進行文獻分析,總結(jié)成功與不足。第四章分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)教研平臺及其網(wǎng)絡(luò)教研活動的現(xiàn)狀,提出構(gòu)建基于教師發(fā)展檔案袋的網(wǎng)絡(luò)教研平臺的必要性。第五章構(gòu)建了基于教師發(fā)展檔案袋的網(wǎng)絡(luò)教研平臺框架。第六章是平臺的開發(fā)和實現(xiàn),介紹該平臺可視化構(gòu)建過程,包括用戶表示層、業(yè)務(wù)邏輯層的構(gòu)建和數(shù)據(jù)訪問層的設(shè)計,介紹主要功能模塊的實現(xiàn)理論和代碼分析,并給出平臺的應(yīng)用參考模型。第七章對論文中建構(gòu)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺及整篇論文進行了總結(jié),并提出了下一步的研究工作。
[Abstract]:Network teaching and research is based on the Internet and distance education network for teaching guidance, research, communication, communication, training teaching research forms, it is different from the actual teaching and research activities. The construction of domestic network teaching and research platform is lack of systematic and in-depth research both theoretically and practically. Teacher development portfolio is a representative collection of teachers' work, is a record of their own work process, is to their own achievements, styles, attitudes, values and other aspects of the comprehensive. A highly personal description and a collection of related materials. By extracting some of the contents of the teacher's development portfolio, it is integrated into the network teaching and research platform and forms the corresponding logical structure of the portfolio. To standardize the generation of teaching and research resources; Standardizing school network teaching and research activities; To facilitate the quality control of network teaching and research, improve the level of teaching and research of teachers; The purpose of this paper is to provide the objective basis for the establishment of the incentive mechanism of network teaching and research in schools. This paper first through literature research to understand the current domestic and foreign network school-based teaching and research of the essence and significance of the relevant research on the portfolio of teacher development, on the basis of this. This paper makes a field investigation on several conditional schools in Beibei District of Chongqing, analyzes the current situation and shortcomings of the school-based teaching and research network platform in the process of use, and designs the function and implementation module of the platform in view of its shortcomings and shortcomings. Then the platform is developed and the experimental school is selected to collect experimental data. Finally the effectiveness of the platform is verified according to the evaluation of the platform by teachers and experts in related fields. This paper is divided into seven chapters, the first chapter describes the research background and motivation, research content and significance, clear in the current domestic network teaching and research platform use status quo. The feasibility and significance of developing a network teaching and research platform based on teacher development portfolio. Chapter two is about teacher development portfolio, school-based teaching and research. The third chapter makes a literature analysis on the application and research status of teacher development portfolio, school-based teaching and research, network teaching and research at home and abroad. Chapter 4th analyzes the current situation of the network teaching and research platform and its network teaching and research activities. This paper puts forward the necessity of constructing the network teaching and research platform based on the teacher development portfolio. Chapter 5th constructs the framework of the network teaching research platform based on the teacher development portfolio. Chapter 6th is the development and implementation of the platform. This paper introduces the visual construction process of the platform, including user presentation layer, business logic layer construction and data access layer design, and introduces the implementation theory and code analysis of the main functional modules. The application reference model of the platform is given. Chapter 7th summarizes the network platform constructed in the paper and the whole paper, and puts forward the next research work.
