黨的教育方針的時(shí)代表征與中國(guó)表達(dá)——基于對(duì)習(xí)近平同志教育講話的解讀

【摘要】:教育方針是指引國(guó)家教育改革與發(fā)展的綱領(lǐng),如何全面貫徹黨的教育方針,關(guān)涉到教育為誰(shuí)培養(yǎng)人、培養(yǎng)什么樣的人和怎樣培養(yǎng)人的重要問(wèn)題。論文在歷史梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)黨的教育方針的社會(huì)主義性質(zhì)做了理論分析,結(jié)合習(xí)近平同志高校思想政治工作講話中"為人民服務(wù),為中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨治國(guó)理政服務(wù),為鞏固和發(fā)展中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義制度服務(wù),為改革開(kāi)放和社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)服務(wù)"的思想,探討了新形勢(shì)下黨的教育方針的新內(nèi)涵,即牢牢抱定黨對(duì)教育領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的宗旨,堅(jiān)持教育的社會(huì)主義辦學(xué)方向,培養(yǎng)全面發(fā)展的社會(huì)主義建設(shè)者和接班人。習(xí)近平同志"四個(gè)服務(wù)"思想,對(duì)深化黨對(duì)教育規(guī)律的認(rèn)識(shí),全面貫徹黨的教育方針,推動(dòng)社會(huì)主義教育實(shí)踐的不斷發(fā)展,具有重大理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:The educational policy is the program to guide the national educational reform and development. How to carry out the Party's educational policy in an all-round way is related to the important question of who to train people for, what kind of people to cultivate and how to cultivate people. On the basis of historical combing, this paper makes a theoretical analysis on the socialist nature of the Party's educational policy, and probes into the new connotation of the Party's educational policy under the new situation, combining with Comrade Xi Jinping's speech on ideological and political work in colleges and universities, "serving the people, serving the Communist Party of China in governing the country, serving the consolidation and development of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics, and serving for the reform, opening up, and socialist modernization". That is, firmly adhere to the purpose of the Party's leadership over education, adhere to the socialist direction of education, and train all-round socialist constructors and successors. Comrade Xi Jinping's thought of "four services" is of great theoretical and practical significance to deepening the Party's understanding of the law of education, comprehensively implementing the Party's educational policy and promoting the continuous development of socialist educational practice.
