教育資源公共服務平臺促進教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的機制研究——以中國教育云-浙江教育資源公共服務平臺為例

【摘要】:當前,國家和大多數(shù)省市已基本建成教育資源公共服務平臺。教師是開展教育教學改革的主體,如何運用教育資源公共服務平臺促進教師專業(yè)發(fā)展成為教育技術研究領域面臨的課題之一。該文采用文獻研究和案例研究的方法,以中國教育云—浙江教育資源公共服務平臺促進浙江教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的實踐為案例,提出了教育資源公共服務平臺促進教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的五種路徑:互聯(lián)網(wǎng)思維重塑教師教育理念、信息化教學促進教學方式變革、在線分析培育教師教學診斷能力、優(yōu)質(zhì)資源共建提升教學知識管理能力和網(wǎng)絡研修培養(yǎng)教師自主發(fā)展能力,以期對各省市教育資源公共服務平臺促進教師發(fā)展的創(chuàng)新性實踐,提升信息化服務教育教學能力提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:At present, the state and most provinces and cities have basically built a public service platform for educational resources. Teachers are the main body of educational and teaching reform. How to use the public service platform of educational resources to promote the professional development of teachers has become one of the topics in the field of educational technology research. Taking the practice of Chinese educational cloud-Zhejiang educational resources public service platform to promote the professional development of teachers in Zhejiang Province as an example, this paper puts forward five ways of promoting teachers' professional development by using the method of literature research and case study: Internet thinking reshapes teachers' educational concept, information teaching promotes the reform of teaching methods, and online analysis and cultivation of teachers' teaching diagnosis ability. The co-construction of high quality resources can improve the ability of teaching knowledge management and the ability of network research to cultivate teachers' independent development ability, in order to provide reference for the innovative practice of promoting teachers' development by public service platform of educational resources in provinces and cities, and to improve the teaching ability of information service education.
