【摘要】：教師教學(xué)決策是課堂教學(xué)質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵影響因素,對(duì)整個(gè)教學(xué)活動(dòng)流程起著導(dǎo)向作用。由于對(duì)主體經(jīng)驗(yàn)的過(guò)度依賴和相關(guān)教學(xué)信息的把握不足,面對(duì)復(fù)雜的教學(xué)情境容易造成決策失當(dāng)。教育大數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)信息的整合、預(yù)測(cè)及內(nèi)在的理性價(jià)值追求,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)的數(shù)據(jù)引導(dǎo)與科學(xué)預(yù)測(cè)、教學(xué)互動(dòng)的即時(shí)決策與個(gè)性引導(dǎo)、教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)的系統(tǒng)評(píng)估與有效反饋。它是實(shí)現(xiàn)教學(xué)決策合理化、科學(xué)化的有效手段。借鑒西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家利用教育大數(shù)據(jù)支持教育教學(xué)決策的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合我國(guó)的現(xiàn)實(shí)情境,此研究提出了我國(guó)基于教育大數(shù)據(jù)改進(jìn)教學(xué)決策的實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑,建議從整合優(yōu)化教育數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)、提供政策支持與數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、培養(yǎng)提升教師數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)、將數(shù)據(jù)教育納入教師培訓(xùn)體系等方面,促進(jìn)教師教學(xué)科學(xué)決策的能力和水平的提高。
[Abstract]:Teachers' teaching decision is the key factor of classroom teaching quality, which plays a guiding role in the whole teaching process. Due to the excessive dependence on the subject experience and the lack of grasp of the relevant teaching information, it is easy to make improper decisions in the face of complex teaching situations. The integration of information, prediction and internal rational value pursuit of big data can realize the data guidance and scientific prediction of teaching design, the immediate decision-making and personality guidance of teaching interaction, the systematic evaluation and effective feedback of teaching evaluation. It is an effective means to realize the rationalization and scientization of teaching decision-making. Drawing lessons from the practical experience of western developed countries in using education big data to support educational and teaching decisions, and combining with the realistic situation of our country, this study puts forward the realization path of improving teaching decision-making based on education big data in our country, and suggests that we should integrate and optimize the educational data system, provide policy support and data quality standards, cultivate and improve teachers' data literacy, and bring data education into the teacher training system. Promote the improvement of teachers' ability and level of scientific decision-making in teaching.
