【摘要】：課堂是實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)校內(nèi)部公平的重要場(chǎng)所。課堂公平就是教師在課堂中賦予每個(gè)學(xué)生平等的權(quán)利、均等的機(jī)會(huì)和底線的教育資源,根據(jù)每個(gè)學(xué)生的差異因材施教,促進(jìn)學(xué)生全面而自由的個(gè)性化發(fā)展。課堂公平包括三個(gè)層面:平等性公平:同等情況,同等對(duì)待;差異性公平:不同情況,不同對(duì)待;發(fā)展性公平:全面合格基礎(chǔ)上的個(gè)性化發(fā)展。
