【摘要】：近些年,由于教師行為工具化、教師對"教育愛"的片面理解、社會對教師職業(yè)的過高期望和信息傳播方式的轉(zhuǎn)變,導(dǎo)致教師尊嚴(yán)逐步淪落。而教師尊嚴(yán)的喚醒、維護(hù)與提升需要內(nèi)外兼修,即教師自身的強(qiáng)大和社會及其成員對教師工作的寬容、理解與支持。
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to the instrumentalization of teachers' behavior, teachers' one-sided understanding of "education love", the high expectations of society for teachers' profession and the change of information dissemination mode, teachers' dignity has gradually fallen into decline. The awakening of teachers' dignity, the maintenance and promotion of teachers' dignity requires both internal and external training, that is, the teacher's own strength and the tolerance, understanding and support of the society and its members to the teacher's work.
