積極同伴報告策略在學(xué)校心理學(xué)中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:積極同伴報告是行為培養(yǎng)與矯正領(lǐng)域中同伴干預(yù)模式的一種。其核心內(nèi)容為教育者在日常教育情境中融入鼓勵學(xué)生相互發(fā)現(xiàn)并"報告"同伴良好行為的環(huán)節(jié),以期實現(xiàn)減少學(xué)生不良行為、提升學(xué)生良好行為的教育目標(biāo);趯υ摲N干預(yù)方法的理論基礎(chǔ)、一般實施步驟、實證研究成果等的梳理,建議在我國中小學(xué)教育實踐中引入積極同伴報告策略。
[Abstract]:Positive peer report is a kind of peer intervention model in the field of behavior training and correction. Its core content is to encourage students to find each other and "report" peer good behavior in the daily educational situation, so as to achieve the educational goal of reducing students' bad behavior and promoting students' good behavior. Based on the theoretical basis, general implementation steps and empirical research results of this intervention method, it is suggested to introduce the positive peer reporting strategy into the educational practice of primary and secondary schools in China.
