【摘要】："慕課"資源作為全球性教育共享的重要形式,近年來在世界范圍內(nèi)獲得迅速普及,已為國內(nèi)外各類高校所關(guān)注。對(duì)于地方院校而言,其優(yōu)質(zhì)課程資源與靈活的教學(xué)形式,為彌補(bǔ)地方院校課程資源不足提供了新的機(jī)遇。同時(shí),"慕課"在地方院校中實(shí)施也受到功用定位缺乏的限制,并帶來教學(xué)人員角色與工作內(nèi)容的一系列調(diào)整。因此,在"慕課"推行的浪潮下,地方高校應(yīng)以"引"助推校內(nèi)"慕課"課程體系的建構(gòu),以實(shí)力與需求為導(dǎo)向合理校本化"慕課"建設(shè),深化"混和教學(xué)"提升院校專業(yè)化水平,來確保"慕課"的實(shí)施對(duì)地方高校教育教學(xué)的良好促進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:As an important form of global education sharing, "Muchao" has been rapidly popularized all over the world in recent years, and has been paid close attention to by all kinds of colleges and universities at home and abroad. For local colleges and universities, their high quality curriculum resources and flexible teaching forms provide a new opportunity to make up for the shortage of curriculum resources in local colleges and universities. At the same time, the implementation of "mousse" in local colleges and universities is also limited by the lack of functional positioning, and brings about a series of adjustments in the role and work content of teaching staff. Therefore, under the tide of the implementation of "mousse course", local colleges and universities should promote the construction of the curriculum system of "mousse" in the school by "introducing", and take strength and demand as the guidance of reasonable school-based "mousse course" construction. Deepening the "mixed teaching" to improve the level of specialization in colleges and universities to ensure the implementation of "mousse" to promote the good promotion of education and teaching in local colleges and universities.
