【摘要】：為了提高學(xué)生分析問題和解決問題的能力以加深其對(duì)基本原理和概念的理解,作者提出使用一種流行于哈佛大學(xué)商學(xué)院的案例呈現(xiàn)方式:多媒體案例。通過對(duì)多媒體案例設(shè)計(jì)過程的分析,作者提出基于金字塔原理的方法來進(jìn)行多媒體案例的設(shè)計(jì)及開發(fā)。金字塔原理給出的有效解決問題的方法分為三個(gè)步驟:界定問題、分析問題、解決問題。此步驟與案例閱讀者研究案例的步驟一致。因此,結(jié)合金字塔原理,作者提出了分析多媒體案例的四個(gè)步驟:發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、分析問題、呈現(xiàn)問題、解決問題。此方法對(duì)多媒體案例的開發(fā)提供了結(jié)構(gòu)化的呈現(xiàn)方式�；趯�(duì)多媒體案例的設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果,作者提出了開發(fā)多媒體案例的創(chuàng)新方法:策劃方案的設(shè)計(jì)、參考形式的選擇、策劃腳本的編寫以及對(duì)多媒體案例的制作。研究結(jié)果表示,使用該方法進(jìn)行多媒體案例的設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā),不僅能夠以一種重點(diǎn)明顯、主次分明、邏輯清晰的邏輯思路對(duì)案例問題進(jìn)行呈現(xiàn),而且還能幫助案例閱讀者身臨其境的解決案例故事中所提出的問題,從而加深其對(duì)基本原理及概念的理解。
[Abstract]:In order to improve students' ability to analyze and solve problems in order to deepen their understanding of basic principles and concepts, the author proposes to use a case presentation method popular at Harvard Business School: multimedia cases. Through the analysis of multimedia case design process, the author puts forward a method based on pyramid principle to design and develop multimedia case. The effective method of solving problems given by Pyramid principle is divided into three steps: defining problems, analyzing problems and solving problems. This step is consistent with the case reader study case step. Therefore, combining the pyramid principle, the author puts forward four steps to analyze multimedia cases: discovering problems, analyzing problems, presenting problems and solving problems. This method provides a structured presentation for the development of multimedia cases. Based on the design results of multimedia cases, the author puts forward the innovative methods of developing multimedia cases: the design of planning scheme, the selection of reference forms, the compilation of planning scripts and the making of multimedia cases. The research results show that using this method to design and develop multimedia cases can not only present the case problems with a logical way of thinking with obvious emphasis, clear primary and secondary, and clear logic. Moreover, it can help readers to solve the problems raised in the case stories, so as to deepen their understanding of the basic principles and concepts.
