免費醫(yī)學生生命意義感與專業(yè)承諾關(guān)系調(diào)查分析

【摘要】:目的:探索免費醫(yī)學生生命意義感與專業(yè)承諾的關(guān)系,為免費醫(yī)學生教學改革提供參考。方法:選取贛南醫(yī)學院507名免費醫(yī)學生,運用生命意義感量表、大學生專業(yè)承諾量表進行調(diào)查。結(jié)果:本次調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示,除個別維度外,不同性別、生源地免費醫(yī)學生生命意義感、專業(yè)承諾水平差異不具有統(tǒng)計學意義(均P0.05);免費醫(yī)學生生命意義感量表得分與大學生專業(yè)承諾量表總分及4個維度得分呈顯著正相關(guān)(r=0.335,0.363,0.247,0.164,0.286,均P0.01);多元線性回歸分析顯示,免費醫(yī)學生情感承諾水平對生命意義感有一定預測作用(P0.001)。結(jié)論:免費醫(yī)學生專業(yè)承諾可以影響生命意義感。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the relationship between free medical students' sense of life and professional commitment, and to provide reference for the teaching reform of free medical students. Methods: 507 free medical students in Gannan Medical College were selected and investigated with life sense scale and college students' professional commitment scale. Results: the results of this survey showed that except for individual dimensions, there was no significant difference in the sense of life meaning and the level of professional commitment of free medical students in different sexes (all P0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between the scores of free medical students' life sense scale and the total score and four dimensions of the college students' professional commitment scale (r = 0.335,0.363, 0.247, 0.164, 0.286, all P0.01). Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that the level of emotional commitment of free medical students had a certain predictive effect on the sense of life meaning (P0.001). Conclusion: the professional commitment of free medical students can affect the sense of life meaning.
