【摘要】：【目的/意義】掌握現(xiàn)代網(wǎng)絡教育學習者在線學習行為特點和執(zhí)行實際,提出學習支持服務策略和改革建議,為網(wǎng)絡教學質(zhì)量評估、督學助學、實施教學改革提供數(shù)據(jù)支撐和有益參考,從而提高網(wǎng)絡教育學習支持服務水平。【方法/過程】將學習者靜態(tài)信息和瀏覽網(wǎng)絡平臺課件資源的典型行為動態(tài)信息作為研究對象,采用統(tǒng)計、可視化、分類、聚類等方法,開展在線學習行為影響因素分析研究�！窘Y果/結論】分析得出網(wǎng)絡教育學習者在線學習若干問題及影響因素�，F(xiàn)有的網(wǎng)絡教育學習支持服務尚未達到個性化、多樣化、系統(tǒng)化、專業(yè)化的程度。構建了便捷性、交互性、時代性、開放性的概念性學習支持服務體系框架,提出了合理性建議及對策。
[Abstract]:[objective] to master the characteristics and practice of online learning behavior of learners in modern online education, to put forward the strategies of learning support service and reform suggestions, to evaluate the quality of online teaching and to supervise students. The implementation of teaching reform provides data support and useful reference so as to improve the level of online education learning support service. [methods / processes] take the static information of learners and the dynamic information of typical behavior of browsing the courseware resources of the network platform as the research objects. By means of statistics, visualization, classification, clustering and so on, the influence factors of online learning behavior are analyzed and studied. [results / conclusion] some problems and influencing factors of online learning for e-learning learners are obtained by the method of statistics, visualization, classification, clustering and so on. The existing e-learning support service has not reached the level of individuation, diversification, systematization and specialization. The framework of conceptual learning support service system, which is convenient, interactive, contemporary and open, is constructed, and reasonable suggestions and countermeasures are put forward.
