【摘要】：行動學(xué)習作為一種新的培訓(xùn)理念和方法,正受到追捧。以團隊合作為基礎(chǔ),以解決工作實際中的問題為目標,通過其循環(huán)式的學(xué)習方式開展學(xué)習,從而達到培訓(xùn)的預(yù)期目的。行動學(xué)習對教師培訓(xùn)具有重要的實踐意義。掌握運用行動學(xué)習的時機、選擇有針對性的問題、有效組織學(xué)習活動、合理的反思、培訓(xùn)教師理念和角色的轉(zhuǎn)變、實現(xiàn)培訓(xùn)學(xué)員教師觀念的轉(zhuǎn)變是取得行動學(xué)習成功的關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:As a new training concept and method, action learning is being pursued. On the basis of team cooperation and solving practical problems in work, learning is carried out through its cyclic learning mode, so as to achieve the desired purpose of training. Action learning is of great practical significance to teacher training. The key to the success of action learning is to grasp the opportunity of using action learning, to select targeted problems, to organize learning activities effectively, to reflect reasonably, to change the concept and role of training teachers, and to realize the transformation of teachers' ideas in training students.
