教師專業(yè)化視野下案例教學(xué)的倫理尺度

【摘要】:在力爭與律師、醫(yī)生一樣成為專業(yè)化職業(yè)的過程中,案例教學(xué)是教師實現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo)的重要路徑。案例教學(xué)為教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展奠定了技術(shù)性基礎(chǔ),但在目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容與實施方面缺少倫理性思考,其癥結(jié)在于目標(biāo)績效導(dǎo)向的教育行政管理、學(xué)術(shù)研究取向的教師教育和存在偏見的社會認(rèn)知。為實現(xiàn)倫理層面的案例教學(xué),要對教師教育和學(xué)校教育機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行基于合作與開放的文化革新。
[Abstract]:Case teaching is an important way for teachers to achieve this goal in the process of trying to become a professional career with a lawyer and a doctor. Case teaching has laid a technical foundation for the professional development of the teachers, but there is a lack of ethical thinking in the goal, content and implementation, the crux of which lies in the educational administration management of the target performance-oriented, the teacher education of the orientation of the academic research and the social cognition of the prejudice. In order to realize the case teaching at the ethical level, it is necessary to carry out the cultural innovation based on the cooperation and the opening of the teacher education and the school education institution.
