【摘要】：正經(jīng)2016年11月7日全國人大常委會修訂后的《中華人民共和國民辦教育促進法》(以下簡稱"民促法")將于今年9月1日起正式生效實施。當前,各省級政府及其教育、人保、工商、民政、編制管理等部門,根據(jù)國家層面的授權,正在加緊研制地方配套文件,以期盡快出臺施行。與此同時,國務院法制辦會同教育部等部委也已啟動民促法實施條例的修訂工作,并將在不遠的將來經(jīng)國務院常務會議審議通過后予以頒布。
[Abstract]:The Private Education Promotion Law of the people's Republic of China, amended by the NPC standing Committee on November 7, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the "people's Promotion Law"), will come into effect on September 1 this year. At present, provincial governments and their departments of education, personal insurance, industry and commerce, civil affairs, compilation and management, according to the authorization of the national level, are stepping up the development of local supporting documents, with a view to putting them into effect as soon as possible. At the same time, the legal system Office of the State Council, together with ministries and commissions such as the Ministry of Education, has also initiated the revision of the regulations on the implementation of the people's Promotion Law, which will be promulgated in the near future after being examined and approved by the executive meeting of the State Council.
