情感視域下教師輪崗機(jī)制的困境與突破

【摘要】:教師輪崗機(jī)制在優(yōu)秀師資到位的情況下,弱勢學(xué)校未能獲得預(yù)期改善的困境普遍存在。單純依靠制度規(guī)制難以逾越過往窠臼,在情感維度審視下對此有所裨益。情感是人的基本屬性,在人的活動中具有全息性作用,教育活動依賴情感潤澤,情感——人——教育三者不可分割。制度的運(yùn)行有自身的局限性,情感視角能夠彌補(bǔ)制度實(shí)施的盲點(diǎn)。教師輪崗機(jī)制依賴制度規(guī)制同時,應(yīng)注重情感維度的價值,情感關(guān)懷與制度建設(shè)互相補(bǔ)益,突破教師輪崗機(jī)制實(shí)效不彰的困境。
[Abstract]:With the excellent teachers in place, the difficult position of failing to get the expected improvement exists in the mechanism of teacher rotation. Simply relying on institutional regulation is difficult to exceed the past pattern, which is beneficial to this from the perspective of emotion. Emotion is the basic attribute of human being, and it plays a holographic role in human activities. Educational activities depend on emotional moistening and affective human-education are inseparable. System operation has its own limitations, emotional perspective can make up the blind spot of system implementation. At the same time, teachers' rotation mechanism should pay attention to the value of emotional dimension, emotional care and institutional construction complement each other, and break through the dilemma that the effectiveness of teachers' rotation mechanism is not effective.
