理解型師生關(guān)系的詮釋學(xué)建構(gòu)

【摘要】:理解是師生存在的基本方式,師生關(guān)系在本質(zhì)上是一種理解關(guān)系。當(dāng)前師生交往正面臨難以理解的現(xiàn)實(shí)困境,占有式的交往目的、單向度的交往主體、封閉化的交往內(nèi)容、規(guī)訓(xùn)化的交往方式等,都在一定程度上阻礙了理解型師生關(guān)系的生成。構(gòu)建理解型師生關(guān)系要求實(shí)現(xiàn)交往目的從知識占有轉(zhuǎn)向生命關(guān)懷;交往主體從單向控制轉(zhuǎn)向雙向理解;交往內(nèi)容從靜態(tài)預(yù)設(shè)轉(zhuǎn)向動態(tài)生成;交往方式從規(guī)訓(xùn)獨(dú)白轉(zhuǎn)向心靈對話。
[Abstract]:Understanding is the basic way of the existence of teachers and students, and the relationship between teachers and students is essentially a kind of understanding relationship. At present, the communication between teachers and students is facing difficult to understand the realistic predicament. The purpose of possession communication, the subject of unidirectional communication, the content of closed communication, the communicative mode of discipline and so on, all hinder the formation of the teacher-student relationship of understanding to a certain extent. The construction of understanding teacher-student relationship requires that the purpose of communication be changed from knowledge possession to life care; the subject of communication changes from one-way control to two-way understanding; the content of communication changes from static presupposition to dynamic generation; and the mode of communication changes from monologue to spiritual dialogue.
