注意力曲線的內(nèi)涵及其教學(xué)意蘊

【摘要】:注意力是人的心理活動指向和集中于某種事物或活動的能力,它與其他腦系統(tǒng)共同決定了人的知覺和行動的優(yōu)先順序。注意力與刺激水平之間有緊密的聯(lián)系,并表現(xiàn)出倒U型曲線的規(guī)律性;學(xué)生對自我注意力變化有著不同的感受模式,使得注意力問題又表現(xiàn)出個體的差異性。明乎此,不僅有助于教師更好地基于注意的內(nèi)在規(guī)律改善教育教學(xué)實踐,而且有助于教師與學(xué)生找到更適合自身的注意狀態(tài),進而形成一種適合自身的教學(xué)和生活方式。
[Abstract]:Attention is the ability of human psychological activity to direct and concentrate on something or activity, which, together with other brain systems, determines the priority of human perception and action. There is a close relationship between attention and stimulation level and shows the regularity of inverted U-shaped curve. The students have different feelings about the change of self-attention which makes the attention problem show individual difference. Therefore, it is not only helpful for teachers to improve their teaching practice based on the inherent rules of attention, but also for teachers and students to find a more suitable state of attention for themselves, and then form a teaching and life style suitable for themselves.
