【摘要】：為了促進教育國際化,印度實施了積極的國際合作政策,開展國際教育交流與合作,并于2010年通過了《外國教育機構(gòu)法案》,明確規(guī)定了外國教育機構(gòu)的準入與審批、運營與監(jiān)管、質(zhì)量保證與預防商業(yè)化等內(nèi)容。印度的教育國際化政策取得了較好效果,表現(xiàn)為印度出國留學人數(shù)增加、到印度留學的國際學生增多、和國外大學的交流項目較有成效等。同時面臨著扭轉(zhuǎn)印度學生外流趨勢較為困難、到印度留學的國際學生人數(shù)較少、教育國際化政策有待改進等問題。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the internationalization of education, India has implemented an active policy of international cooperation, carried out international educational exchanges and cooperation, and passed the Foreign Educational institutions Act in 2010, which clearly stipulates the admission and approval of foreign educational institutions. Operation and supervision, quality assurance and prevention commercialization, etc. The policy of internationalization of education in India has achieved good results, such as an increase in the number of Indian students studying abroad, an increase in the number of international students studying in India, and a more effective exchange program with foreign universities. At the same time, it is difficult to reverse the trend of Indian students' outflow, the number of international students studying in India is relatively small, and the policy of internationalization of education needs to be improved.
