【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)班級(jí)管理方式以主體性哲學(xué)為基礎(chǔ),在主客二元對(duì)立思維影響下,教師是唯一主體,學(xué)生被視為管理的對(duì)象和客體,教師在管理中控制、支配學(xué)生,師生之間缺乏對(duì)話和交往,學(xué)生處于被動(dòng)、服從的"失語"狀態(tài),是一種"獨(dú)白"式班級(jí)管理,教師主體性過度發(fā)揮,壓抑、遮蔽了學(xué)生主體性的發(fā)揮和發(fā)展,給學(xué)生的身心健康發(fā)展造成阻礙。主體間性視閾下的人與人是平等的主體關(guān)系,強(qiáng)調(diào)各主體之間通過平等對(duì)話和交往實(shí)現(xiàn)相互理解、"視域融合"、"和諧共在"�；谥黧w間性哲學(xué)的班級(jí)管理因而表現(xiàn)為一種"對(duì)話"式管理,在師生間民主、平等關(guān)系前提下,通過對(duì)話和交往達(dá)成理解、認(rèn)同和共識(shí),有利于促進(jìn)學(xué)生主體性和社會(huì)性的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Traditional class management is based on the philosophy of subjectivity. Under the influence of the dualistic thinking of subject and object, teachers are the only subjects, students are regarded as objects and objects of management, and teachers control and dominate students in management. The lack of dialogue and communication between teachers and students, the students being in a passive and obedient "aphasia" state, is a kind of "monologue" class management, where the teachers' subjectivity is overplayed and suppressed, which obscures the exertion and development of the students' subjectivity. It hinders the development of students' physical and mental health. The relationship between people and people is equal from the perspective of inter-subjectivity. It emphasizes that each subject realizes mutual understanding through equal dialogue and communication, "visual fusion" and "harmonious co-existence". The class management based on the philosophy of intersubjectivity is thus manifested as a kind of "dialogue" management. Under the premise of democracy and equality between teachers and students, understanding, identity and consensus can be reached through dialogue and communication. It is helpful to promote the development of students' subjectivity and sociality.
