2014—2015年池州市大學(xué)生手機(jī)依賴(lài)與認(rèn)知功能關(guān)聯(lián)的隨訪研究

【摘要】:目的探討大學(xué)生手機(jī)依賴(lài)與認(rèn)知推理能力的關(guān)系。方法采用分層整群抽樣方法,采用青少年手機(jī)使用依賴(lài)自評(píng)問(wèn)卷和瑞文標(biāo)準(zhǔn)推理測(cè)驗(yàn),于2014年6月和2015年5月對(duì)池州市3所高校929名大學(xué)生的手機(jī)依賴(lài)和認(rèn)知推理能力進(jìn)行1年隨訪調(diào)查和評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果隨訪前后的2次橫斷面分析均顯示,大學(xué)生手機(jī)依賴(lài)評(píng)分與認(rèn)知推理得分間有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)關(guān)聯(lián)(基線:β=-0.101,95%CI-0.168~-0.034;隨訪:β=-0.161,95%CI-0.255~-0.067);時(shí)手機(jī)依賴(lài)評(píng)分與1年后的認(rèn)知推理能力得分間無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)關(guān)聯(lián)(β=-0.021,95%CI-0.112~0.070)。在控制多種混雜因素和基線時(shí)手機(jī)依賴(lài)得分后,隨訪時(shí)個(gè)體手機(jī)依賴(lài)評(píng)分較基線時(shí)每增加10%,隨訪時(shí)認(rèn)知推理總分減少0.40(95%CI-0.60~-0.20)。結(jié)論較高的手機(jī)依賴(lài)以及手機(jī)依賴(lài)程度增加可能與大學(xué)生較低的認(rèn)知推理能力顯著關(guān)聯(lián)。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the relationship between cell phone dependence and cognitive reasoning ability of college students. Methods stratified cluster sampling was used, self-assessment questionnaire of mobile phone use and Raven standard inference test were used. The cell phone dependence and cognitive reasoning abilities of 929 college students from 3 universities in Chizhou were investigated and evaluated in June 2014 and May 2015. Results two cross-sectional analyses before and after follow-up showed that there was a statistical correlation between the score of mobile phone dependence and the score of cognitive reasoning (baseline: 尾 = -0.101 ~ 95CI-0.168 ~ (-0.034); Follow-up: 尾 = -0.161 ~ 95% CI-0.255 ~ -0.067). There was no significant correlation between the score of mobile phone dependence and the score of cognitive reasoning after one year (尾 = -0.021 / 95 CI-0.112 / 0.070). After controlling for multiple confounding factors and baseline cell phone dependency scores, the total score of cognitive reasoning decreased by 0.40 (95%CI-0.60~-0.20) after follow-up. Conclusion higher cell phone dependence and increased mobile phone dependence may be associated with lower cognitive reasoning ability of college students.
