政府治理背景下家長擇校的主要特征——基于中國家長擇校的調(diào)查

【摘要】:政府通過堅持就近入學(xué)原則和增加優(yōu)質(zhì)學(xué)校資源等手段來治理家長的擇校。在此背景下,家長擇校主要表現(xiàn)出如下特征:(1)在"信息搜集"階段,家長們通過多種方式費盡心機地搜集擇校相關(guān)信息;(2)在"信息處理"階段,家長們按照"好學(xué)校""好教師"和"好同學(xué)"的標準篩選學(xué)校,具有"名校情結(jié)";(3)在"設(shè)計方案"階段,家長們通過對相關(guān)學(xué)校要求和自身條件的分析確定目標學(xué)校,力求全面保底;(4)在"實施方案"階段,家長們根據(jù)目標學(xué)校的要求千方百計地采取各種方式進行擇校。
[Abstract]:The government governs parents' choice of schools by adhering to the principle of proximity and increasing quality school resources. Under this background, parents' choice of school mainly shows the following characteristics: (1) in the stage of "information gathering", parents try their best to collect relevant information through various ways; (2) in the stage of "information processing", parents screen schools according to the criteria of "good schools", "good teachers" and "good students", and have the "complex of famous schools"; (3) in the stage of "design scheme", the parents make every effort to ensure the bottom line by analyzing the requirements of the relevant schools and their own conditions. (4) in the stage of "implementation Plan", parents try their best to choose schools according to the requirements of the target schools.
