【摘要】：基礎(chǔ)教育科學(xué)研究對(duì)教育改革與發(fā)展的貢獻(xiàn)決定了教科研工作的地位與價(jià)值。針對(duì)當(dāng)前教科研工作中出現(xiàn)的研究個(gè)人化、淺表化、功利化以及缺乏連續(xù)性等問(wèn)題,以紹興市為例,提出"教科研團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)與連續(xù)性問(wèn)題研究協(xié)同,促進(jìn)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展"的區(qū)域教科研發(fā)展思路。構(gòu)建并依托市級(jí)、校級(jí)、教研組等多樣化研究團(tuán)隊(duì),推進(jìn)連續(xù)性問(wèn)題研究,以多元評(píng)價(jià)保障教科研團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)與連續(xù)性問(wèn)題研究協(xié)同發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The contribution of scientific research in basic education to the reform and development of education determines the status and value of scientific research. Aiming at the problems of individualization, superficial representation, utilitarianism and lack of continuity in current scientific research work, this paper takes Shaoxing City as an example, and points out that the cooperation between the construction of scientific research team and the research on continuity problems. To promote the professional development of teachers "the development of regional scientific research ideas."
