【摘要】："唯經(jīng)驗(yàn)"型教師無法滲透到教師教育生命中,所以教師內(nèi)生力應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。它是一種關(guān)于教師的自我發(fā)展力,由學(xué)習(xí)力、思辨力和道德力等三個(gè)部分構(gòu)成。其中,學(xué)習(xí)力是教師內(nèi)生力的知識(shí)基礎(chǔ),思辨力是教師內(nèi)生力的智慧支撐,道德力是教師的行動(dòng)導(dǎo)向。應(yīng)通過提升教師自主學(xué)習(xí)的意識(shí)、重視生命的體驗(yàn)和感悟、培養(yǎng)敬業(yè)之心、營(yíng)造自我發(fā)展的學(xué)校氛圍,來提升教師內(nèi)生力。
[Abstract]:Experience-oriented teachers can not penetrate into the life of teachers' education, so teachers' inner strength arises at the historic moment. It is a kind of self-development ability of teachers, which consists of three parts: learning ability, speculative ability and moral ability. Among them, learning ability is the knowledge base of teacher's inner strength, speculative ability is the wisdom support of teacher's inner strength, moral ability is teacher's action direction. Teachers' inner strength should be enhanced by raising their consciousness of independent learning, attaching importance to the experience and perception of life, cultivating their devotion to work, and creating a school atmosphere of self-development.
