大學生隱性心理傷害及應對策略研究

【摘要】:目前,大學生的身心健康問題,尤其是大學生的隱性心理傷害問題己成為社會關注的焦點之一。隱性心理傷害是一種不易覺察的傷害,它不僅影響大學生的身心健康,還影響大學生樹立正確的世界觀、人生觀和價值觀,影響大學生的成長成才及未來的發(fā)展。因此,研究大學生隱性心理傷害問題具有十分重要的意義。隱性傷害是相對于顯性傷害而言的。隱性心理傷害是指學校、教師、同學、家庭等在有意或者無意中給學生造成的暫時性或永久性的心理傷害。由于隱性心理傷害具有來源的間接性、過程的隱蔽性和結果的長期性的特點,這使隱性傷害行為容易重復發(fā)生并可能最終轉變?yōu)轱@性傷害,因而它是一種嚴重危害大學生心理健康的傷害行為。在大學生身心發(fā)展的過程中,家庭教育不當、學生自我調節(jié)能力不足、教師對自己權威角色的認定和學校相關制度的不完善都可能會使學生受到隱性心理傷害,從而出現各種各樣的心理問題和影響他們心理的健康發(fā)展。為了防止大學生受到隱性心理傷害,促進大學生健康人格的形成,父母要提高自身綜合素質和調整對孩子的期望值,教師要具有良好的心理素質和職業(yè)道德,學校應配備相關的心理教師并通過隱性課程來提高學生的精神生活質量,學校還應通過加強對管理者的培訓教育來減少大學生遭受隱性心理傷害的機率,從而促進大學生的健康成長。
[Abstract]:At present, the physical and mental health of college students, especially the hidden psychological injury, has become one of the social focus. Recessive psychological injury is a kind of harm that is not easy to perceive. It not only affects the physical and mental health of college students, but also affects college students to establish correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, and affects the growth and future development of college students. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the hidden psychological injury of college students. Implicit damage is relative to explicit damage. Implicit psychological injury refers to the temporary or permanent psychological injury caused by school, teacher, classmate, family, etc. Because the recessive psychological injury has the characteristics of indirectness of source, concealment of process and long-term result, it makes the recessive injury behavior easy to repeat and may eventually turn into explicit injury. Therefore, it is a serious harm to the mental health of college students. In the process of college students' physical and mental development, improper family education, insufficient self-adjustment ability, teachers' recognition of their own authoritative role and imperfect school related system may make students suffer hidden psychological injury. As a result, a variety of psychological problems and affect their mental health development. In order to prevent college students from being hurt by recessive psychology and to promote the formation of healthy personality of college students, parents should improve their comprehensive quality and adjust their expectations for their children, and teachers should have good psychological quality and professional ethics. Schools should be equipped with relevant psychological teachers and through recessive courses to improve the quality of mental life of students, schools should also strengthen the training and education of managers to reduce the probability of students suffering from hidden psychological injury. So as to promote the healthy growth of college students.
