湖南“三區(qū)”支教計(jì)劃實(shí)施狀況及其改進(jìn)對(duì)策

【摘要】:"三區(qū)"支教計(jì)劃是深入推進(jìn)教育精準(zhǔn)扶貧及農(nóng)村師資建設(shè)的重要舉措。湖南省自2014年春季正式實(shí)施"三區(qū)"支教計(jì)劃以來,彌補(bǔ)了農(nóng)村教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的一些短板,為一大批城市教師提供了鍛煉和成長(zhǎng)的機(jī)會(huì),構(gòu)建了城鄉(xiāng)學(xué)校聯(lián)系溝通的長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制。與此同時(shí),當(dāng)前的支教工作仍存在對(duì)接機(jī)制不夠健全、選派標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不夠完善、激勵(lì)措施不夠到位等問題。因此,需要從優(yōu)化區(qū)域教育生態(tài)環(huán)境,調(diào)整支教相關(guān)政策規(guī)定,健全支教校師激勵(lì)措施等方面加以不斷完善。
[Abstract]:The "three districts" program is an important measure to promote the precision education and rural teacher construction. Since the formal implementation of the "three districts" support program in the spring of 2014, Hunan Province has made up for some shortcomings in the construction of rural teachers, provided a large number of urban teachers with opportunities for training and growing up, and constructed a long-term mechanism for urban and rural schools to communicate with each other. At the same time, there are still some problems such as imperfect docking mechanism, imperfect selection standard and inadequate incentive measures. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the ecological environment of regional education, adjust the relevant policies and regulations of supporting education, and improve the incentive measures of supporting school teachers.
