學(xué)前教育專業(yè)大學(xué)生專業(yè)認(rèn)同量表編制及信效度分析

【摘要】:文章在文獻(xiàn)分析以及前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,從專業(yè)培養(yǎng)的實(shí)際出發(fā),初步編制了學(xué)前教育專業(yè)認(rèn)同量表。通過探索性因素分析與驗(yàn)證性因素分析對(duì)初始量表進(jìn)行修訂,最終形成正式量表包括專業(yè)認(rèn)知、專業(yè)情感、專業(yè)行為、專業(yè)培養(yǎng)等四個(gè)維度。結(jié)果表明,學(xué)前教育專業(yè)認(rèn)同量表具有良好的信度與效度,可作為學(xué)前教育專業(yè)學(xué)生專業(yè)認(rèn)同的測(cè)量工具。
[Abstract]:On the basis of literature analysis and previous studies, this paper preliminarily worked out the scale of professional identity of preschool education based on the practice of professional training. The initial scale is revised by exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, and the formal scale includes four dimensions: professional cognition, professional emotion, professional behavior and professional training. The results show that the scale has good reliability and validity and can be used as a tool for measuring the professional identity of preschool education students.
